Supervisor Diego is incompetent plus has no customer service experience I really don’t understand how can they put someone with such little empathy for the customer to manage a place when clearly he has no experience on dealing with people because throughout my 15 minute call with him he never let me speak he kept talking above me (I have the whole conversation recorded) and practically he said they couldn’t do anything about them messing up my order when they sent the pizza with marinera sauce and in my house we are allergic to it that why we order with Alfredo Or Garlic Sauce

Usually This location is really well. #8055 I was once told I couldn’t get a paper receipt because they just don’t do that at this location. It’s been twice I couldn’t redeem a coupon I’ve been emailed, which is very disappointing. That’s because I even spoke to a manager.
In these times of Covid, none of their employees are wearing a mask for food safety or otherwise!
Members Wouldn’t answer Phone @10:30pm when they close at midnight, manager “Diego!” Clams To be aware of lack of service and also seems to be Okaay with the way things are ran around at this location. Very disappointed on this places service.
