Food is tasty, the only reason why I gave it only 2 stars is because my husband and I usually go there during our lunch hour and always ask for an extra patty and extra cheese in our burger and 4 out of 5 times they forget to put them in our burger, yet we do get the extra charge! It's so inconvenient and frustrating since we still have to drive all the way back to work and eat before our time is up so we basically don't have the time to go back for them to give us the extras we were charged for!
It is good but most of the time they forget my burgers extra meat and still charge it ?
Worst customer service EVER! Ordered a chili dog no onions and they gave it to me with no chili mind you I was about to eat it and I called back they said they didn’t add it because they didn’t have one so I said why they didn’t tell me and they said oh well do you want to buy something else? That’s the reason why places shouldn’t hire people that have 0 customer service skills. The hot dog looks like they picked it up from the floor ?
Went to drive thru... cashier charged me and was taking other orders on head set at same time. She tells me to drive ahead and wait in parking lot. And shuts wi down at me right away. I have No complain aboutthat... but then here comes another employee togive me my order. And literally seems to want to pick a fight because she could not find me. She says I didn't park where I was told. She made it seem like she was looking for me for hours. And literally I parked, and order came out right away. She was so rude about it.
It is to cold inside I need a jacket it is ridiculous (but I liked the food)
To be honest service i got was drive-thru and it wasnt very well i ordered a burger wich for some reason was all soggy by the time i got home i only live about 5 minutes away. They didnt have DQ cups so they gave us our drinks in some different foam cups that had nothing to do with Dairy Queen then when they handed us our drinks they told us to be careful because the lids where not from those cups can you believe that? Then they told me your order is ready we are just waiting for the fries and probably why my burger was all soggy by the time i got home we also got a chicken strip basket and they where really hard like they where kind of old. I used to work at DQ when i was 16 and honestly never gave service this bad to anyone. Im my opinion either manager or employees need to find a different calling just saying truthfully i dont recommend you stop at this DQ.
First time there, awesome customer service when we placed and picked up order. Other dairy queens we had bad experiences bad customer service but this time it was good.
