Since Ive been here .I hadnt had any issues paying with my card . I go thur the drive thur order get to window give my card and Im told it didnt go thur then Im askd if I have money on it so I answer'd yes. So she goes to another register and it didnt go thur supposely to them . she said it could be there system.so I check my card and the money was taken out . So I go back and Im told once it posts that it went thur then I could go back and get my money .But remember never had issues before .

First of all when I got to the drive thru order speaker, there was no one in line and I was told to hold by a woman and they'd be right with me. I waited for 4 minutes and then I got tired and asked if there was some sort of problem and a guy answered and took my order. Food was good and so was service but they gave me a orange juice that had the seal on the outside open as well as the inside seal, so apparently someone was drinking out of it because some was missing. Then I tried to call them to inform them and it would ring twice and then beep and hang up. That is why I'm giving them 2 stars.

I ordered an Oreo shake and they gave my a chocolate -oreo shake.. normally someone might like the extra ingredient but I definitely did not!! Oreo shake is Oreo shake and nothing else! Too much sugar for me. Then when I called and asked for a manager just to let them know they deliberately hung up on me! I was going to be sweet and not be rude at all because I absolutely adore Burger King but I'm honestly disappointed ?

Will be going out of business at this pace. Was second person at the drive-thru, person in front took about 10 minutes, so I thought maybe they had a big order, when it was time for me to pull up, the lady employee asks me to hold, as I'm holding I noticed the order from previous person was just a combo and some chicken fries, so the big order theory is now out the window, and I am starting to think they took long thanks to the employee's tactics of making people wait for no reason, then there was dead silence for about 5 minutes, no answer on their behalf either, during this wait, I saw two vehicles behind me leave the line, after an additional 2 minutes, I drove out of there and onto another restaurant. It was a very unfortunate experience.

Had a dbl meat whopper combo....delicious...I don't care for cheese..I love there burgers.....I grew up on this.....

Sadly they're debit machine breaks down often. Otherwise I like the breakfast croissants. Workers seem frustrated a lot.

It had been a while since our last trip to burger King. As we ordered I noticed the bill board with the food, egg n cheese(Corsant) with lots of bacon we ordered 2 one coffee n one orange juice. As we opened our food the corsants were cold as ice the egg n cheese no better!!!!! Look I don't mind it being Luke warm but, cold food!!!!!! Please

I understand that times are tough and everyone is short staffed, but it's been a while since I've received fast AND friendly service here. It hasn't been both, or either for that matter, in some time

Bad service. Nady needs to provide better customer service at the drive-thru. If you're not happy there I suggest you should quit. You didn't provide us with a smile or a thank you. Oh yeah please next time don't throw us the barbecue sauce.

Horrible place, never going back, the prices they have on the menu are not true and the employee from the drive thru never wants to redem my coupon from the app, sorry and I do understand they are doing their best and the work really hard but I just give up, 3 times happened the same thing.
