I went to this location this past Saturday night. Placed my order thru the app get to the location the young man advised the water was messed up and they aren't serving drinks at this time. I stated ok but I've already paid for my meal and I upsized my drink. The guy said my apologies I can offer you extra sauce. I stated extra sauce not an extra side nor an even an extra piece of chicken he said no sauces. I said ok sir. Received my order and then I asked for a side of ranch for my friend that had placed an order as well. Another guy advised it would be 35cents for an extra ranch I stated sir the guy that was just hear stated we could get extra sauces because you couldn't give us our drink the guy stated well the water being messed up is not there fault and they aren't allowed to give away extra sauce. Explained to him again sir its not my fault either and the other guy stated we could get sauces now your saying we have to pay 35cents. I was so upset and frustrated that I stated thats ok sir and drove off.
Ha, this place was a joke. Walked in to order food and was greeted by oh hey our Coca-Cola freestyle machine is out of order so we do not have any soda..okay cool we'd like some iced tea. Oh we don't have that either. Okay.....uhm well we had made an order of 21.00 for a salad and a 4 piece chicken combo so I ask the lady at the register well hey for the inconvenience of the drinks can I get a free Buffalo sauce? Ohhh idk, so I speak up and ask hey is that the manager right there she said yeah it is. So Alex walks over and says no we can not give u a Buffalo sauce. I guess what's it matter if I ever come back here but never the less atleast know this place is a joke
Just went. It was through drive-thru. Really bad service. Two guys were at the window, one taking orders, the other taking my payment and handing me my food and credit card back. That guy did not greet me at all, he just handed me my food and card back without saying anything. As he handed me my bag of food I asked him for ketchup and he just walked away to other end of kitchen and pretended like he didn't here me say anything. I then began asking the guy still at the window for ketchup, he too ignored me as he took orders. I know he was hearing me, the window was wide open and he was right there. After calling out louder and louder the guy who had handed me my food finally came from other end of kitchen and asked what I needed and brought me ketchup. When I came home I called and asked to speak to a manager. The guy who answered claimed to be the manager. I told him what happened and he just basically said that the crew changes a lot and that I should do the survey on the receipt and said he was sorry about what happened. I strongly suspect this manager was the same guy who had handed me my stuff initially. Same voice and he sounded uncomfortable. Never going back.
Our takeout food tonight was NOT GOOD! We have always loved this place however total disappointment tonight with the lettuce in my zalad and the boneless wings meal had only 5 tiny nuggets! ??♀️We Will NOT BE BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND! ?
I like zaxby's cobb salad and always order it with toppings on side since i can never finish in 1 sitting to prevent wilted lettuce and soggy cheese. Never had an issue. Today Jarvis decides no one should be honoring my request saying they aren't charging me for the side toppings. First im paying for all the toppings and if someone rung it up wrong correct it. Im not asking for extra toppings just what comes on salad. He then put my hot chicken and cheese in same container with all other toppings. I asked for it to be separated or at least cheese separate from chicken. Offered to pay extra. Jarvis was upset and said no through the window empoyee. I asked to speak to him directly. He tried explaining again that i can't get salad with toppings on the side cause how it's rang up. I advised can ring it as regular salad and just put toppings on the side. Jarvis walked away. I did get cheese but the way Jarvis handled the situation should be unacceptable. I am a returning customer standing good money and willing to pay for what i want. Make it happen. It's not rocket science it's customer service! What your in the business of.And he also forgot my eggs and onion straws.I'l be in touch with corporate also if this is a corporate location.
Great chicken! Toast and the fries were delicious also. The young man working the front counter was not only quick and efficient; he has an awesome personality, wish we could remember his name in order to acknowledge him personally
The Blue Salad was wonderful; fresh ingredient’s; crunchy lettuce, red tomatoes. And the wings are not fatty. The cookies were a treat, thank you! The staff is friendly (cute) and efficient.
Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes. Never even got our order taken. The excuse was there are only 3 people one up front and 2 in the back, but only one person in front of us and no dining room open.
I ordered online and they made me wait 1 hour because they had to attend ALL of the drive thru first... i get it if i jsut ordered but my order should have been ready by the time i got there... I dont know it was very unprofessional... food was good but i wouldnt go again just because of the service... i didnt even get that issue at chillis and mcdonalds and they have jsut a bad of a crowd... i guess if you go, just go drive thru... atleast youll know youll get attended better than if you walked in or ordered it to be picked up...
I ordered a sandwich but they bearly put sauce it was really dry, so I asked for them to add more buffalo sauce to my sandwich but they say they had to charge extra for that, ridiculous.
