Ordered online from work. I had been to this location once before no problem. Get there food was being bagged! I’m like great!! Just in time! Got to my car fries are cold! So I ran in and get more fries.(which still wasn’t fresh but hotter than the ones i had.) took a bite out of my habanero wing and the worst taste ever!! The taste was no taste cause they didn’t season the chicken. They had nothing but children in the kitchen! So mad I took my food back in and got my money back! Staff ridiculously untrained! You need staff who’s had experiences. This Wing stop will not get my service. Somebody please send me to one of Rick Ross’s locations.
I placed an order online on Wednesday for pickup for Saturday at 730pm for 75 wings. Got to the restaurant around 733pm, line wasn’t long about 3 parties in front of me; however, the door dashers section had about 5ppl waiting. With only one cashier (an older lady) taking care of dashers AND walk-ins, she started to neglect all of us who were waiting in line as “walk-ins”. But this wasn’t her fault. There should be someone up there assisting her. One person handling dashers, the other “walk-ins”. So the young lady who they sent up to the front to help was very rude to the lady ahead of Me. She told the lady her order wasn’t ready…smacked her teeth, rolled her eyes…told her she wasn’t the cook, next guest…very distasteful attitude to be the first person guest see walking into the establishment. Well the lady asked to speak to a manager and the manager did make that young lady clock out. Moving forward, I finally get to the front of the line it’s now 802pm…give them my name, manager comes back and tell me that they’re working on my order. I said sir, I placed my order 3 days ago online to be ready for pickup for 730pm and it is now 803 and you telling me “y’all are working on it!?” How long is it gonna be sir? He tells me 6 more minutes. Ok I’m cool. Lady after me says she placed an online order, he tells her they are working on it and wait time should be 10-12min. Waiting…waiting…waiting, I’ve let more than 6min past by. Go to the counter and ask the older lady to check in my order. She tells me that I need to pay for it: I said I know, I’ll pay for it as soon as you tell me it’s ready. So she goes check on it and come back and say, they just dropped it, it’ll be re—“ I said, get me your manager. She tries to say something else, but I’m like nah give me your manager. So she does. He comes up and I say sir you told me my order was being prepared and it would be ready in 6min, and that was 10min ago and the lady behind me was given an eta of 10-12 and she just walked out with her order and I placed my order online 3 days ago to be ready for 730 and it is now 825pm and the manager simply says “I know and I’m sorry about that” I mimicked him and said you know what forget the order, I don’t even want it anymore:l, this is ridiculous and outrageous.
The mens bathroom was filthy as if no employee was in there for hours, there were numerous dirty trays with food left on the counter at the front register where you place your order. The door handles were gross. There was nothing clean about this location. I believe that if these areas people see are this nasty, the kitchen where people can't see is a nightmare..they wouldn't even get 1 star.
What happened to this place? We have been here in the past and, while it's not the best wings in town, it wasn't the worst. Now it is the worst. We should have turned around after seeing the back door which had layers of crud on the metal and so much grease on the window that it looked frosted. So gross...ewww... but we ordered and after 30 minutes I asked the guy what the wait time was for the orders. We have never waited a really long time so this was new. He said it's an hour. Don't you think it would be a good idea to have that posted somewhere? Like on the chalkboard that instead had some ridiculous poem/saying? But ok everything is crazy so I'm going with it. Then the wings and fries came. How is it possible to be so busy that we had to wait 50 minutes but still have the food come out lukewarm? Really? And the fries were literally soaked in grease. The paper in the boat couldn't soak it all up so it was pooling at the bottom The 2 stars are there just because the guy taking the order was nice. But otherwise, it's a zero.
5 stars for delicious wings but 3 for service. Our order took 49 mins, place was empty and they seemed short staffed. Short staffed and overworked staff seems to be the problem everywhere though/: I liked the space; very roomy.
I have never been happier in my life with a delivery order. I got my wings HOT to the touch, CRIPSY!!!! And CORRECT!! So happy thank you
You can never get someone on the phone and when you finally do get someone on the line they tell you to hold and hold & hold some more then you hear a click sound meaning they hung up on you hahah . Worst wing stop location ever ! Always have problems here , don’t waist your time or money.
Ordered from here for delivery. My order ended up missing some things, and although frustrated, it wasn't enough for me to call and get the situation corrected. I did receive a request for feedback, which I filled out and provided details regarding my order, then moved on with my life. To my surprise, this place refunded and correcting their mistake, all from the feedback survey. Very impressed.We've ordered from here multiple times and always happy with how the wings/chicken comes out. Never have we received anything soggy. Will continue to order from here.
Ordered online, was told that it would be 58 minute wait. Drove 10 minutes there and paid and got order within 15 minutes of waiting. Cashier really took care of us.
Should be a -star. Supposed to be fast food but your told it will be an hour before you can get your order while dining in smh. I have called in 2 orders in the past and was very specific on how I wanted my wings and they still messed up my orders. We will boycott this wingstop not worth the time. I'll spend my money somewhere else.
