the worst,i had placed and online order which said it was ready in 15-20 min.I got there 10 min late and i had to wait another 15 min in line because there was only 1 cashier .When it was finally my turn they still didn’t have the food ready,and i had to wait even more .Once I finally got my order I checked it to make sure because they be missing a lot of things on my orders and realized I didn’t get the 4 ranch’s extra that i ordered and had to pay for .I told the lady and asked her to give me some ketchup too and this lady gives me 1 whole different sauce and just 1 ketchup.Ma’am what am i gonna do with that?They also didn’t give me the extra fries i ordered for my little sister ,Thanks a lot for nothing
I just want to say that I love whataburger but something happened last Wednesday. I ordered a burger with no bun and some extra lettuce and it tasted great, but the lettuce was okay?? I shouldn’t have eaten it because I have been with a stomach bug all weekend and I think it might be from bad lettuce or tomatoes. Please make sure veggies are properly washed and not expired. They go bad easily and when paired with meat, a bad situation.
You would have to try hard to find worse service or food. It took 25 minutes for 3 cars in drive thru. Order was completely wrong. Drinks literally not drinkable. Iced tea tasted like coffee grounds. Burgers ordered with ketchup, cheese and pickles only were made with lettuce, toMatoes, onions, and mustard (complete opposite of what was ordered). And vanilla shake tasted like it had been mixed with chocolate and strawberry. Whataburger is such a disappointment. At some point, I guess they just steel your money because you don’t get what you pay for and you waste a lot of time.
Tastes like a Southern hometown family owned restaurant instead of a typical fast food place like you would expect. Loved the Dr pepper shake. Staff was very kind.
I admit this location is hit or miss lately. On Sunday, Feb 13 about 11:30 am our experience was better than it had been in a while. Place was clean. Food was cooked just right and employees were helpful and courteous. Disclaimer: your experience may vary. ?
Could have been a perfect 5 star but napkins/ketchup tray wasn't brought with order as a courtesy seen at other typical whataburgers.. but that food was definitely hot ? mmmmm. Only maybe 5 customers in store eating
My family used to come here a few times a month. Our last three visits were a bit disappointing. 3rd to last visit waited in line for about 10 mins. We understood since staff is low etc, but once up to the counter was told it would be a 40 min wait. I did a doubletake as I thought the young lady at the counter said 4 mins but she repeated 40 mins. I said Ok then, we walked over to Chik-Fil-A and had no problem.......2nd to last visit we ordered our items with no problem. The floors were sticky and the tables were all dirty. I had to run to the restroom and get a few wet and dry paper towels to wipe down our table. Once we got the food the burgers were lukewarm and fries were cold..........Our last visit I should have known better than to go back but we were in the same shopping area. This time the place was a completely disorganized. Once up to the counter we noticed that the crew was more busy cutting up than actually getting orders out. From the counter we could see the pile of trash and fries on the floor where the orders are kept. See pics attached. Trash overflowing from the cans, trash under tables, floors all dirty and sticky again. Our burgers were room temp and the cheese like it had just come out of the fridge. That did it for me. I wrote corporate with my grievances and sent them the pictures. No response back, its been a few weeks. Obviously they have no concern. I'll go out of my way to go to a different location or different restaurant all together. I left then two stars since the place could be good again, they just need to get their act together.
The staff was friendly, fast, and accurate. The food was nice and hot. The quality of the food is standard Whataburger. The inside was clean and well kept. Overall, better than a McDonald’s, BK, or Wendy’s.
Order 2 sandwiches and chicken bites. It took them 20 mins. They didn't give the condiments. Nothing was done correctly, as the order salesperson kept speaking over me with her annoying spill of verbiage instead of listening. Asking me if I was on my phone...nope. Just your headset or mindset delay.
I had order #4 with jalapeños in drive thru omg took like 45 minutes, wait no lie and got my order wrong 2 times first time a hair on my hamburger and second time no cheese on it. Got replaced but still waited couple of minutes for the mistakes.
