This what happens when people don't care or pay attention to what you order. Having to improvise on the top bun because they covered the bun with mustard and ketchup after my niece asked for no mustard and ketchup. But, I guess you get what you pay for. As well as the experience.
The delivery driver left the food, so I had to go get it. But the food was good and the staff was friendly
If you have a problem with this store, the store staff will not be able to help you, and Wendy's corporate support service will not respond for at least 100 days. The simple answer is to issue a chargeback with your payment provider.
I felt very rushed while ordering. When you have a picky wife who's being a little indecisive the last thing you need is the order taker asking, "Is that all, anything else, what else?" All while your wife is going uhhhhh... It just made my experience very unpleasant. Also the meat on my burger was dry, I asked for no onions and there were onions even though the order screen was correct, a couple of ketchup packets were open when handed to me, and lastly the fries are just not nearly as good as they were when Wendy's originally changed them up a few years ago. It's like the fries aren't fresh or they are over cooked or possibly the oil was old and lastly there is not much salt on fries, but that's forgivable.
For the first time in a long time there was no wait, and the guy that took the order and payment was very quick and efficient. Its as if there was a staffing change. I've stopped coming to this location because of the young unprofessional staff, but this visit is what I love about Wendy's and the service I've received since a little boy going to Wendy's with my parents.
Food was cold and the Hispanic ladies up there work the drive thru are extremely rude and they lied to me and my family that the front was open but when we seen another customer trying to open the door it was lock I’m extremely disappointed everytime I go there they have a nasty attitude plus the food be cold . And they be playing around
They always make my food fresh at this location, unlike the others ones they just give me attitude but this location, they make sure my food is fresh and hot. I don’t not like cold food. So if you want your food fresh and hot, go to this location during the day time though.
Pretty standard for Wendy's these days ever since they daughter took over. Old food, poor customer service, incorrect order and not really worth the value any more with all things considered. Might esmt to comsider magement that manages or even some what pays attention to call the employees playing in their phones while getting credit card from people.
Just went by there claims that the fries are fresh wellThey're not! They have been refried taste old and cold!!
Service wasn't too bad food was pretty good I wish they'd hand out a receipt though
