Placed my order thru the TC app. Went to pick it up curbside. Parked and called the number. No answer. Called two more times and still no answer. Walk up to the door. Locked. Get in my car and drive to the drive thru. Guy tells me to back out and go to the side door. Pick up my order. Get home and take out order. My steak fajita cabana bowl only had the some steak fajita, pico and sour cream. No rice, beans, lettuce... Called the store. No answer. Completed an online form. No response. Will not go back.
Unfortunately ordered online and it processed my payment and gave me a pickup time of 10:30pm but then arrived at the store and all doors were locked and had to go through drive thru to be told they were closed. There were also three cars behind me so I am sure they had the same issues. They couldn't refund me my money and I had to call corporate. Called and they took my info and they told me someone from customer care would contact me about my refund. It has been two days and no one from corporate or this store is of any help. Buyer beware if you order online. They will take your money and you may or may not get your food. Will come back and update when and if I get a refund so that you can have an idea of the time-frame customer service will correct the issue.Update. Got a phone call and we negotiated so I could pick up my order instead of a refund. 5 stars because their employee Gabby took initiative and resolved the issue.
This location has been poorly managed for many years...wayyy before the pandemic. The food is pretty good but the wait time is horrible. When you finally make it to the ordering box, they immediately tell you to hold even when the line is short. Today I ordered breakfast around 9am but couldn't order coffee because they were out and taking forever to make more. What restaurant/fast food joint doesn't have coffee for breakfast...like you didn't know you were running low??? Its always something with this location.
The manager is very unprofessional. Shes a older lady that likes to get involved in the coworkers personal business. She likes to take advantage of TEENAGERS that have to run the store with very little help. She even had to fire other people because they were stealing alcohol. She thinks its okay to disrespect employees because its not at her best convince and she should be fired. I come to this location often and mostly always see her being extremely unprofessional to customers and employees. The store is not so bad as is the management.
I didn’t even take a bite. It looks like they poison the food ?. They guy got my order wrong several times. I think he was high. The “manager” acted immature when I asked for a refund and lied. NEVER eat here!! If I could give it 0 stars I would
-workers didn't wash hands after bathroom (and there was no soap)-you have to wait for someone to come to the counter… very understaffed poor guys- order was incorrect and the cheese enchiladas were so hard I couldn’t cut them with my knife ?-giant pallets with boxes in the dining area.Just grossReally just maybe choose another place. I love taco cabana but this one is a poor choice.
Drive through only. Vagrants walk up to cars in the drive through line otherwise it's everything as you would expect. Fresh hot meals and quick service. Would've gotten 5 stars if they offered more than drive through only (it's not the pandemic, this location has randomly done that for years and years)
Ordered food online on Wednesday. Arrived to pick up food and was told staff did not arrive so the location was closed. That was fine considering weather however I was told to take it up with the online ordering service. I have called since Wednesday and I was forwarded to a voicemail each time. It is Tuesday the following week and still no response. Called the taco cabana order was placed at and I was told to call the following day and my order would be made from the other night. I called this afternoon and was left on hold for 10 minutes when I attempted to call back the restaurant would not pick up any of my calls.
From the time I ordered to me getting my phone was about 25 minutes. When I received my food they forgot the salsa and also does queso not come with chips anymore? So I had to ask for both chips and salsa. When I get home the 5 tacos and queso I ordered was barely even warm.
Been years since I've visited this location. Today, they kept calling wait numbers but not mine. When I went check, the cashier was calling the number next in queue but I was holding. Plus, the chips were stale. Poor cashier attitude.
