Man I swear this place gets worse everytime we go!! They say the lobby closes at 10. But they were kicking people out of the lobby at 7. These people really don't want to work, just look at the long line at the drive through. Not only is it always long, the line barely moves. Taco bell is going down hill fast. Plus they can't get a order right to save their own life.
The drive thru is always a hit or miss. Sometimes they are busy, sometimes the line is short. Sometimes the line is quick and sometimes it takes forever to get your food. Most of the time the food is good. I enjoy the cinnabon delights and the nacho fries. The nacho fries are not always on the menu, but super.good. they took some of my favorite items off the menu so it seems sort of basic, but I'm a hardcore fan so I usually wait through the long lines.
The waiting time is so long. Store always closed only drive through. Many canceled pick up orders… And they will tell it to you once you arrive there and laugh at you like 5 year old kids. Customer service -1….. It’s not our fault you need to do your job. If you have problem with it just change job. It’s like there is no adult on the board. Someone should check this team…. And it happens very often not just one time :)
I've ordered from these guys several times, and every time I order from them, they cancel my order. They also seem to enjoy waiting until after it's too late to order from anyone else.Seriously, if you can't be bothered to do your jobs, delist yourselves from Grubhub because I'm tired of going to bed hungry.
Order from their app, got order confirmation and my card was charged at 11am on Sunday. Store was closed and employees in store would not give me a refund, had contact through the app, 2 weeks later still waiting. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE
This is the worst Taco Bell. They always close early without warning. And when you pull up they just stare at you. And when you actually get service half the time the order is wrong. At this point I’d rather just go to Taco Cabana. They should just close this one down already.
Extremely disappointing. Would recommend you choose another location. Drive thru order wasn't accurate and employees inside were not interested in resolving it to ensure our order was correct.
They just hired a bunch of new employees that are doing a great job. Most places aren't even open until closing time due to understaffing, so it's nice to see some fresh faces here.
Food was super cold, did not get a burrito supreme instead they gave me regular burritos. Best Taco Bells are on AW Grimes and South Creek and the one on Sunrise Rd. They are good and food is hot.
They did not give my family the right burritos and they were cold and stale, never again going to that Taco Bell ever again other Taco Bell’s are better then that. Just no i hope ur reading this or y’all’s business finna be like ?
