My dad and I went to dinner here on Friday 6/25/22, with my 12 yo daughter and her friend. We ordered our egg rolls, soups, and entrees all at the same time, and within about 10 minutes, we received our apps, and 2 out of 3 entrees. The waitress did not mention any type of delay. We waited about 10 minutes, and my dad's food was still not brought out. I finally asked the waitress, and she said she would check on it. I watched her talk to someone, add it to the computer, then go about her business. We waited another 20 minutes for his entrée to come out, as if they forgot to enter his, and had to make it. I know and understand that sometimes there is a delay, but at this point, my dad was finished with his egg rolls, and while we ate, he had to wait for his food. As we went to check out, I mentioned this delay to the cashier, and he called a manager to come out. The manager basically said that other orders, like To-Go orders, were in between ours, which makes no sense at all. If the waitress had entered OUR TABLE'S order all at the same time, that would not have happened. He refused to accept responsibility for it, or to even offer a discount on the meal. I mean a meal that is $10.35 and he could not even take off $5.00 to compensate for the time and THEIR MISTAKE. Well needless to say, we paid the bill, but the waitress did not get a tip, and we will not be returning. I have been here once before and it was fine, and I have ordered to go from here, but that was horrible customer service. IF you make a mistake as a business, OWN IT, and make it right, or you lose customers.

This was a great find. We were in Pflugerville looking at furniture, needed to eat and found this tucked away amid some other dining places. Food was great! Pad Thai and General Tso's Chicken. Price was good. Place was clean! Servers quick, polite, attentive, accurate, and pleasant. Wish we had one of these in our town. 100% recommend!

I don't eat Chinese food very often, but when I do I'm extremely picky and particular about the way it is prepared, it's freshness (I don't like extra fishy fish or smelly seafood) and I always look for healthy ish options when I can instead of just all deep friend or saucy food.So I was recently turned into this place by a couple of friends who both love the occasional Chinese food night so we visited after it was highly recommend by one of them who is a regular.I wasn't disappointed, the food was great here and the service was polite and friendly. I had the veggie delight with shrimp ? and the steamed dumplings ? and a few bites of the egg rolls with veggies. The food was pretty fresh and not drowned in sauce so that you could taste the actual food and I particularly enjoyed the dumplings.?The restaurant was pretty packed on a Sat night and the energy was great too.I will certainly revisit when I have an undeniable hankering for Chinese food and some dumplings, noodles or rolls or just some good Asian food.

Tried this place for the first time tonight as a take out order and could not be more disappointed and upset!Got the sweet and sour chicken and they forgot the sauce entirely. This could have been forgiven, but halfway through finishing the cashew chicken I found a very long, thick, black hair in my food. Called the restaurant to complain and request a refund and the manager didn’t express any surprise or dismay and didn’t even apologize. If I could rate this place zero stars I would!

Delicious, upscale Chinese place. I've been searching for a good egg roll in the greater Austin area since we moved here 8 years ago-- finally found it! They have the best egg roll in the entire city. Their potstickers are good as well--unusual, like a sausage roll in dough. I always gravitate to the orange chicken because I like a little spice. They also do bbq pork fried rice which is one of our favorites. Excellent service, prompt and very friendly. They do charge a little extra if you get your side of rice with your meal fried rater than white.

Outstanding. service. Excellent food. What more could you want? Don't pass up the pan fried pork pot stickers. They are enormous and very tasty. The hot sour soup was good. The Kung Pao triple delight was heavenly. Surprisingly their fried rice was just ordinary at best. Still it wasn't bad in any way. This is a place to come if you want good Chinese food.

This used to be the best place to eat at and order in from. We used to order on Christmas Day but they have just been horrible lately. Our last 3 orders were wrong and the service was horrible. We will not be ordering from here again. It’s a shame we used to order at least once a week.

The staff at this restaurant are awesome. They work so hard to make sure every diner has a great experience. The place is super clean. The food is good and the prices are very fair. Came back today for a healthy lunch and loved it. Hope you will give these great folks a try.

My mind was telling me to stop eating you have had enough, but my stomach said to finish the plate. Egg drop soup was amazing and the Chinese stirfry had the perfect ratio of fried rice, sauce, and the three meats it came with. Staff was kind and attentive, building was very clean, and I took a take out menu on the way out for future meals.

I've drive from Taylor to get some T-Jins! The food is sooo delicious. I've never had any wait time issues, I usually order out when I eat T-jins because of covid, but even my picky chicken nugget loving children love T-jins. I highly recommend it
