I frequent this location quite often. I normally order online. While on an evening visit I ordered 3 drinks at the drive thru and noticed the young lady as well As one of her colleagues had hair on their shoulders and backs of their shirts while working over drinks. This was horrible to witness. They should be wearing hair nets and making sure their clothing are clean and nice to work in this kind of setting. I do not want hair in my drink. I ordered anyway but could not bring myself to drinkIt at ALL..maybe the Health Department should be notified

This particular Starbucks closed early due to staff shortages. Boo hoo. Now I can't get my Septuple Expresso Shot, Quadruple Trenta, Almond, Caramel, Cashew, Pistachio, American, Blonde, Frappuccino, Poor Man's Pumpkin Spice Frosted Chai Latte with a Triple Trenta Ice Cup on the side. That will definitely keep me wired for the next month for my finals.
They seem to either never stock oat milk or just never restock. Been to this location 3 times now in a 2 week period and each time they are out of oat milk. Not sure why but it’s a bit annoying since it s the closest location.
Food was good. Server was super friendly and attentive despite it being busy and then being out of a lot of things (like clean forks)

My fiancée got a hot chocolate with soy milk there Thursday night and they ended up putting regular milk in it. She suffered for 72 LONG hours with horrible digestive distress due to her lactose intolerance. If you want dairy-free, triple check they did it!
