I've never had an issue with them and they always give us great quality food. Either onsite or app orders come out well cooked, hot and courteous. It can definitely get busy, but that's what happens when you're the closest good Sonic. Whomever the owner has working for them, they better do/pay everything they can to retain that talent. Given how this corporate caused worker shortage is going now, consider this a very strong compliment and a stronger warning.
This Sonic has delivered great food every time I've stopped here for dinner. I greatly appreciate that they notify you before you order if the food may take more than fifteen minutes to prepare.
Stopped for a quick bite to eat, ordered 2 number 5 combo's the bread was burned the tator tots tasted like the oil hasn't been changed in months fries were cold, soggy and stale popcorn chicken was all fat. Only thing you could taste from the mozzarella sticks was the rancid burned oil, so I'm giving this a 1 star because i can't give any lower and people who work at this location have no pride or work ethic to serve.
I sat and waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks. They brought me the wrong order 2 different times and never brought me my drinks. Just ended up getting a refund. Would not recommend this location under amy circumstances.
Part of my order was write, despite it being right on the order board. The car hop was polite but not friendly.
Received our order in a timely manner. Food was hot and tasty.
Go here for happy hour all the time. Hope they are rebuilding the one closer to me on 685. I have been going to 7-11 more since it burned because the one on Pecan is a pain to get in and out of.
Unfortunately I try to avoid this location although it's probably most convenient. I tend to have to wait an extraordinary amount of time even when they don't appear busy or if I've ordered in advance on my Sonic App. Yesterday I ordered 1 Route 44 Sweet Tea on my app and waited 12 mins after checking in. Even after checking in on my app, I had to press the red button to check on my order. It appeared as though they may have missed it because only after following up I received my drink. Issues with timeliness and quality of food have been repeated issues with this location.
Great but didn't really follow my customizations to my order in the app. Overall the food quality was as expected
This food was sooo disappointing not HOTT AT ALL. It was delivered(door dash). Point is you could tell they just threw @#$% together. Consumers check your bag,2 see if its hot(freshly made)warm its been under the light, cold THROW IT AWAY.
