We visited on a Saturday recently and overall the food and drinks were good. Also the prices seemed fair as well. The only negative was our server who we ended up getting both times we stopped by. The first time was just for drinks and I watched as he was doing other things and completely forgot about us. I could even tell the moment he remembered our drinks when he stopped doing what he was doing and hurried over to get our drinks. Then, he asked if he had given back my credit card as he was pulling it out of his pocket which my wife and I had a good laugh about. The second time we came to eat and we asked for lemons and he completely forgot that also. We had someone else bring us some. We just assumed it was probably his first day working or something like that.
We swarmed the place with around 30 people, the bar tender was struggling to keep up but I had a friendly chat with a young female staff member, she git the shift leader to come help the bar tender and everything went smoothly after that.We had another 60 people who said they were coming tonight, good thing they didn't or the staff would have been really having a hard time.Overall, they did great work!
First things first... it's understaffed due to lack of customers. But the staff that are there are super nice and very accommodating. You get to go on most stuff with the basic card and as many times as you want. If a ride has no attendee just find one on another ride and they will get someone down to start it and let you go as much as you like. Thanks for a great evening.
You have to check this place out!!! The food is so Good! The Wings(Kickin Bourbon), The Nachos, and the Quesadillas is Always Very Good!!! Very Consistent and I've been multiple times now! Anything on the menu is always well prepared and yummy to your tummy! Get out and have a Great Experience, Fun for the Whole Family!!
What I thought was going to be a fun night out with the family, turned into a night of waiting and being rudely waited on by a Justin Bieber Look-a-like.After waiting at our table for nearly 45 minutes, A young man comes to us and says “y’all good?” At this moment, we weren’t but chose to give him the benefit of the doubt(1st terrible interaction). We proceeded to order our drinks and food which took another 45 to an hour to get. Only 1 refill on our water and no plates and napkins to eat our pizza.Coming from the food industry I understand the “shortage of staff” but in no world is it okay to completely disregard tables because you were “all over the place”What I thought was a great place to take friends when they’re visiting turned into a place I will never take them or my family too ever again. I speak for 3-4 other tables that had no clue what was going on as well. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Was there on Sunday 2/20/2022. I have had fun here before, but this place was so understaffed yesterday that getting a drink at either bar was nearly impossible. The 3 bartenders I saw were doing their best, but not able to keep up with the 2-3 people asking for drinks. I was bowling and tried to call for service - everyone was thirsty. After 10 minutes of nobody showing up, I walked to one bar..... No service... Walked to the other bar.... No service. There was a manager-type person counting receipts and a Bartender making drinks. Neither of them ever acknowledged me standing right in front of them. Literally nobody else was standing at the bar. Either I have the power of invisibility, or they NEED MORE STAFF.
We bought tickets for nye it suppose to include an appetizer but nobody told us that the kitchen would be close at 11:30 and we never got anything spend 50$ p/p total of 250 $ and just got a glass of champagne. Not fair at all.
Awful service, and not just because they were understaffed. Everyone is understaffed. This waitress did not care one bit about any of her tables. When asked for a simple margarita, I was informed that was impossible. The drinks are all "pre mixed" and can only be ordered that way. When I ordered "Something Sweet" it was set down on the table with no cake pop and no explanation until I went out of my way to find someone and ask why my drink was watered down and incomplete, they "ran out." Upon receiving our food, it was ALL inaccurate to the menu description and took pulling teeth to get it fixed. Either the kitchen has been given creative license to do whatever they want or the menu needs updating. Upon asking for ANYTHING, we received nothing but attitude and argument from our waitress. I am so glad to say I will avoid Austin's just to avoid Revl.
Me and wife have been coming to Austin Revl since they opened up. Tonight was horrible. We ordered a burger to split and sweet potato fries. The burger was raw and we were given old lemons for our water. My server Logan took the burger and fries back to redo.. You would think the waiter would look at food before serving. When they brought a new burger burger but no fries were on plate. So, we had to wait on a new order. It will be awhile before we go back.
Overpriced. The buffet wasn't open so we tried the restaurant. The bartender told us twice someone would be right with us. Finally the waitress came but not before taking care of people that had sat down after us. Then she proceeded to take everyone's order then go talk to two other employees vs getting us and the other tables drinks. I finally go ask the bartender for a water. He gets the waitress. She does not get the drinks. I ask him again for some water with a rude remark he gets me water. At this point we were walking out the door to go somewhere else to get food. My husband found a manager. Mind you we still don't have drinks. Food comes out and the waitress hasn't even started making ours or the other tables drinks. The manager finally gets us something to drink after the food cones out. The rides you have to wait or flag down someone to even ride them. There was no lines just waiting for a staff to realize people are ar the ride. It was pretty miserable experience especially for ehat they charge. 6 flags is way better. Don't recommend.
