Mgr or whoever she was at the window was argumentative , I had ordered a medium drink with my food , she was distracted while taking my order and didn’t get that down so handed me a small drink at the window. I let her know and she snapped that she was the one who took My order and I didn’t say Medium drink . Seriously? She was distracted while taking my order because she cut me off halfway through while I was talking to take care of another customer. Fine, they’re busy. Then when I got up to the window she tried to charge me for another person’s order. So yeah please don’t take it out on the customer when your having a bad day and not paying attention. AVOID this Location
Ordered thru door dash jus received my order. And the chicken is so old and dry. Like it's been sitting out for hours. I worked for popeyes and I'm pretty sure your not suppose to serve chicken after 30 min of sitting out. Worse chicken from popeyes I've ever had. And the Mac and cheese was one big clump of cheese with very few noodles.
As a motorcyclist I can tell you Dine-in is not available. And when asking about why I had to go through the drive-through on a motorcycle the answer given through a closed glass door was a shrug.
Went to drive through window and ordered the 16 piece family meal. I drove home and opened it up to find not fresh cook chiken and there was 11 drumsticks, 2 thighs, 2 small breasts and 1 wing. Phone was busy, so I drove back and ask for manager and idk if she was a manager, but she was we had no other chicken left. She acted as this was a normal habit. They seemed surprised that I wanted my money back. And then asked what I ordered when the sack was there. Very bad service. I will NEVER go to Popeye's again.
Close pretty early from time to time, and make sure you get your sauces. A little short on the intercom and I've gotten the wrong food once. Otherwise, very quick service.
Good food and fast curious staff even when busy. Staff fully masked for safety. Love it.
Went to Popeyes around 8:00pm tonight the Drive Thur. I aways checked my bags was missing a large order of fries. Went inside to let them know the gave me a family size for MY inconvenience!! Just wanted to thank you all so much!! Will be BACK!

My wife had chicken tenders with coleslaw.The food was delivered in a timely manner.The food was hot and tasted very good.My wife said her coleslaw was nice and cold.First time ordering from this Popeyes.Overall we had a good experience.
Called and asked if they had an item ALC on DLV Menu, the person there was the rudest anyone can be. Either they have it turned off, or they do not want to sell it.. shady as it is, the rudest restaurant. Plus, they chsrged me 3 times before, and the rest manager did not care. Ended up reporting the charge on the card to get it removed.
Simple order.3 piece chicken strips, blackened ranch dipping sauce, mountain dew, 2 biscuits.Forgot to give me the blackened ranch with my order. Had to circle around the drive through again, they gave me 2 packets. I opened them and both sauces were frozen solid. Couldn't use them at all, couldn't enjoy the chicken without the sauce, and the mountain dew was given to me warm with no ice.... Maybe they expected me to toss the frozen sauce packets in there to cool it down.At least the biscuits were enjoyable.
