Don’t want to honor the app coupon manager name is Wendy she don’t even know how to do that then give me the wrong code did not give my rings did not give my sandwich I have to go back then I saw those foods are really wars it’s cold and filthy of all chicken fat on it then I go back asking my money back and they don’t want to return I don’t know what type of business they running but need to focus on what Customer's are getting. Please learn from Chick-fil-A all their service never give any chances to complain. Please do not distill our money like that and we are hungry that’s why you come to your store and you guys are not giving us our food. After work on a Friday, I went in to get my mom a dinner and figured I'd get a couple of frozen lemonades for us ang maybe spike mine when I got home. I ordered in the drive thru, when I got to the window she shows me a half glass of liquid and says it's not frozen yet. Here's my thoughts...it's Friday 5pm one of the busiest nights of the week I would think for takeout, why would you not start your lemonade machines early in the afternoon just to get ready for The Rush? We know we know Popeyes will run out of chicken but lemonade come on guys.. on the other hand the fish sandwich the flounder sandwich that they have right now is off the chain good you can get spicy or you can get the plain one. my mom loves the spicy it's too hot for my taste but the other one was really good. I was impressed, so maybe they should add that to their menu all the time something different I don't always want chicken but I'll get it if everybody else wants it.
This restaurant is outstanding compared to the closest ones in the area. Service is always good, staff seems very friendly and the food is always fresh.
Ordered 2) Classic Chicken Sandwiches & a 2 piece chicken dinner, neither of the sandwiches had any pickles at all, they also got the drink wrong & I had to send it back for the correct flavor.
Drive thru rude and slow. Food was wrong. Employees were more worried about talking and making thier drinks then getting the drive thru accurate and moving.
While I live closer to the Popeyes on Pecan I prefer going to this location because the service seems to be better and I get my food in a timely manner, the location on Pecan there always seems to be some sort of malfunction going on.
Ordered from uber eats and requested buttermilk ranch. They put blackened ranch in the bag. This isn't the first time this mix up has happened from this store.

The spicy chicken strips dipped in mashed potatoes is yummy with that amazing buttery biscuit to go with it. I REALLY miss the tortilla chicken wrap that had the red beans inside.....wish they would bring it back!!!!
The food I got tasted fine, was hot, etc. But the portion sizes are small for the price.
