Ordered a large pizza online and it said pizza would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later and then had to wait 15 minutes more to get my car side delivered. When I got home and opened the pizza it was over cooked and very sad. I hate burnt pizza and the cheese was rubber. No one wanted a second slice. Very disappointed.
Wow. My family decided to have a treat, so we ordered Pizza Hut from this location. Placed the order at 8:30 said our wait was 92-102 minutes. Ok, we’ll it’s passed 11 now and our order never came.The store is closed, tried calling several times but the machine hangs up on me. My family had to have banana for supper! This is so beyond unacceptable! I called, replied to the text that said my order was out for delivery and never got a reply. You ruined our night Pizza Hut!I see you want me to email you, but I’ve already reached out to corporate twice and have heard nothing back even though I was told I’d be called or would get an email. Pizza Hut, you have permanently lost my business.
As someone who worked at a pizza establishment for a few years, I can tell you the issues now aren't labor shortages. It's wage shortages. You can charge customers 40$ for a large pizza and bread sticks, but you can't pay your employees a liveable wage, and then you blame it all on current issues in the economy when people choose to not work for 7.25$ an hour and tips that may or may not come during a shift. It's pretty simple. Pay your employees what's fair, people won't quit, sales will go up. The fact that orders are taking hours to make means the owners have failed to properly run this franchise. As of now every time I order here the order is messed up and takes too long. How many customers has this placed lost because of this? Pizza Hut has free dived off a cliff in quality for years now, It's amazing a place like this can even keep the lights on. I would also love to see a breakdown on how much profit is made from the customers asking for extra toppings, and it's not applied to the food. I'd be willing to wager a years salary that this store makes a good amount of money by stealing extra topping money from the customers.
I usually have a great experience, but this time they forgot my side sauce and the one I paid extra for also.Update 1-14-2022. Ordered pizza again and once again forgot my side sauce for the breadsticks. Pizza box bottom was covered in grease!! How can you not see how much you are using when you make a pizza!?!?!? Did not finish pizza and sucks that I paid for a grease pizza. This place was a lot better a few months ago, don't know what happened??
The pizza arrived hot, promptly and ready to eat. Delivery driver was very nice and respectful. She had a smile and asked if my order was correct and treated me like a valued customer.
I never received my pizza and after waiting an hour and a half I called the store and they said oh we’re making it right now again because it was delivered to another address it should be right there. No call to update me, no I’m sorry, nothing. Waited another 15mins or so and I called back to ask for a refund. Absolutely terrible way to run a business.
Delicious pizza and friendly staff! However, I recommend not be short staffed. That poor girl was running everything by herself. Not fair to her. Nevertheless, she was very friendly and prompt!
When I placed the order the earliest delivery time was 5 hours! The pizza arrived after 2 or so, so not bad. However, the crust was so thick it was like eating a deep dish. Not what we ordered. The toppings were barely there. Frozen pizza would have been better.
I have had nothing but awesome pizza and great service from the Pflugerville location. It’s always fresh, hot, and delicious. The same driver comes to my home to deliver it with a smile on his face every time. Great job!
I order usually once per week and it has never been wrong. Delivery drivers are always very friendly!
