Tried ordering a couple nights ago waited over two hours just for them to cancel my order. Ordered today and they messed my order up would highly recommend not ordering from this location they have terrible customer service i tried calling to explain how my order was messed up and wrong they left me on hold for more than 20 mins
Hate writing a bad review for this location, never had a problem until now. After reading others reviews it seems to be that Grubhub is ruining this locations reputation. I canceled my order after 1hr 30min of waiting on to watch the Grubhub driver go past my house and make deliveries to other locations.I respect that the store wanted to give me store credit, but unfortunately that doesn't always fix the issues. They tried to make things right and for that I am grateful.
This was our go-to pizza place…not anymore. Pizzas are delivered cold and soggy- missing items and store manager, Jeremy was of no help. Instead he gave excuse why he couldn’t remake or refund money. He lost a customer- which didn’t seem to bother him. Sure the current pandemic has caused issues but poor customer service with no resolution isn’t acceptable either.
The store turned off the tracker and does not have enough staff to deliver orders on time. The employees seem nice once you can get them on the phone, but that doesn't matter much when the food's an hour late and there's no way to tell when it will arrive
We ordered from the Parmer Ln. location in Pflugerville and the results were less than acceptable. After placing the order, the website said it would be 32 mins. It actually took an hour and a half to be delivered. Then they couldn't even get the order correct. Somehow, ham looks like pepperoni to these guys. We then attempted to call the store and speak to someone only to be put on hold for another 20 mins. Serious lack of customer service at this location. Next time, I'll just drive to Dominoe's and avoid this place.
RUDE.. RUDE.. RUDE!I picked up my order, asked for cheese packets to go with the pizza. I hold my hand out and she slams the packets down on the counter. Why is it so hard to give quality customer service? Especially when its in your job description!! NEVER will I go back to that location. However, Best of wishes and a Happy New Year to them!
Do not order from this location. We placed an order that was canceled after an hour and a half. When we called to find out why the order canceled, they said that the GrubHub driver told them we didn't want it anymore. We communicated that we did still want it and asked for them to proceed with the delivery. Another hour and a half later, still no pizza. What makes it even worse is that now no one will even answer the phone. My husband waited on hold for over 45 minutes and no one picked up. I want to say that I would never order from Papa John's again, but I know that's not true. This location though will definitely never be one that we order from again. If I could leave 0 or negative stars, I would. I want to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this is ridiculous.
I ordered from the papa johns in pflugerville they confirmed my order said it would be 42-52 minutes when I called back they said they were behind the order was in the way then I called them back they said they had not had an order from my address since March!!! So if you order pizza for delivery do not call papa johns at 900 e pecan because they will screw you over!!! Finally got my cold pizza after being told papa johns does not use door dash door shows up at my door at 10:00pm with a cold cold pizza I told them I was not paying for the pizza because I did not call door dash and never have needless to say I got free pizza there is always reheating watch out people about ordering from papa [email protected] 900 pecan street
As a former employee with several years as driver I was very disappointed when I asked the Pecan st Pflugerville store if I could BUY a pizza box for a present I was wrapping. They said no. If I was at the counter when I worked there I would have gladly given one away. It’s a free add. Neighborhood Italian restaurant said sure come on in for $1.50. I know where my next pie is coming from Baris in Pflugerville. Plus every time I have gotten pies they have not been to standard and late
The service my family received from this store was horrible tonight. I wanted to share my experience to maybe help others. Tonight we ordered some pizzas for delivery and they just left them on the ground near the door. We normally receive a knock or they ring the doorbell so we can sign the receipt. There was no update about where they were until it updated and said it was delivered. This was done over an hour after we placed our order. We tried to call the store to let them know what happened and nobody ever picked up the phone. The website showed that it was not busy at that time however we were not able to talk with anyone. I understand that not every delivery will be a 10/10 but this was not even a 2/10. I am not trying to say anything bad about the staff or the store. I am just trying to share my experience tonight. If you place an order with this store do not rely on the driver to inform you when your pizza arrives. I would hate for you and your family to have to try and enjoy cold soggy pizza.
