Quick dinner and delicious.Update 2-23-22:Ordered through the app for the first time tonight because of a fundraiser we wanted to participate for. Ordering was easy but I really didn't know where to pick up. App didn't say, nor did the email I got, and I went through the drive thru to pick it up. I was 10 minutes early and pulled around to wait. I was given my order and came home. It wasn't right. But when I called the restaurant to let them know the manager was apologetic and will be making it right. Mistakes are made do no big deal but I appreciate the willingness to correct the problem.
I will never go back again. The customer service is terrible! I stood in line with 3 other people behind me with no acknowledgment ... there was no ill be right there, hello or someone will be with you. We watched people go back and forth until the young lady finally came. I told her what I wanted and I saw her make 1 plate when I asked for 2. I reminder her and She then said with an attitude "I know I'm gonna wait on lo mein and fix it" I said " oh,ok. " We live in Round Rock so we didn't eat immediately. I was super unhappy because my lo mein taste like half cooked spaghetti. The noodles were sticking together and if you cook you know that means they are NOT DONE. 1 of my sides(mushroom and chicken) also looked undone... looked like canned dog food, same color and all. Had I not made it home before preparing to eat, I would have taken it back! ONCE AGAIN, I'LL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD FOOD
The last two times I have eaten from here I have found hair in my food. We are talking months apart so most likely different staff. What are the odds? So that leaves me wondering how much hair did I actually consume that I didn’t see? I didn’t post a review on this issue for the first incident, because well let’s face it anyone can have a bad day, but twice back to back? This place obviously has an issue. Oh and it wasn’t my hair. I have very long red hair and the first time it was blond about 4 inches and this time brown about 2.5 to 3 inches.
I got really sick from eating a particular dish. I went back to discuss this with management and they acted like it wasn't their fault. Like I was making it up. I brought the leftover food back and my receipt. I wanted a refund. They said they can only give me a credit for another meal. So after being up most of the night with diarrhea, why would I want a credit towards another meal at that place ??
Service is decent. The quality of their meats has gone down for sure but their prices have gone up. One thing tho, they don't put work into their rice. Their fried rice looks more like white rice, they just throw one or two pieces of carrots in there! on top of that, some of it is still hard and as you can see it's all balled up. The color you see on it is from soy sauce.
I had this years ago and just never went back. I'm happy to report that it had far exceeded my expectations. They have great options and they all seem to be made with good materials and meats, and made with no msg and less added sugar than other places. Glad I tried it again.
Broccoli beef bowl with fried rice has no flavor. Just Blah. Regret stopping here.
I love the food but idk how the worker can work there when I went in today that place was on fire like it felt so hot in there idk how they let them work like that
Not very good. The server over talked us while we were placing our order and the cashier couldn't count. Also, when there's a coin shortage, put a sign up and don't just keep folks change, especially when it's .02 short of a dollar. Give the customer a choice.
Kung Pao was mostly charred bits from wok, smelled and tasted like cigarettes. I went early and I’m almost certain my rice and entrees were kept from the night before. Paid $13 for naseua. Think again about this location.
