Not sure what's happening here. I'm a big fan of P. Terry's but the last 3 times I've been here the burgers are well put together but cold. This is after going through the drive thru. I'm more than happy to update this rating once the food starts coming out hot again.
My wife went in to order some burgers and they refused to take her order because she didn’t have a mask. Not gonna stand for intimidation, discrimination, and forced idiotic rules that that take away rights and freedoms of human beings (for example the right to freely breathe fresh air). Needless to say we dont recommend eating here. Doesn’t even make sense because they allowed dine ins and there were people sitting down eating burgers with germs flying all around.
Their sign said breakfast Burger. I assumed it would be a beef patty with eggs on it with cheese. But all it was was eggs with cheese on a bun. While it was still good I thought the sign was very deceiving. And the drive-thru Lane had a very long wait for only three cars in front of me.
I've had two visits where we ordered shakes after our meals. During both of those visits, and after waiting 10-15 minutes each time, I've gone to the counter to check the status of the shakes. Come to find out the shakes had been sitting by the shake machine, unannounced they were ready.The inside of the restaurant during our last three visits has been filthy. Chairs scattered. Napkins on the floor. Food on the floor. Condiments section is a disaster. The eating area is not monitored.The burgers have always been room temperature, even when eating in the restaurant.When you walk in without a mask, and you're then asked to put on a mask, it's wisest to ensure your staff, particularly the one telling you they require masks to have their mask on fully (opposed to the nose-out mask style). And, better yet, the individual cutting the fries in the back should have their mask on (opposed to the under-the-chin style).I'm only one customer, but given all of the above, I can't say I'd recommend this place. Nor, will I be back.
We had P Terry's Cater our wedding with their food truck, and we could not have enjoyed it more. They were prompt, affordable, and made it so easy for everyone to order the burgers they wanted which were all incredibly delicious. 10/10 would use them again for any other catering event we needed.
Best shakes in Austin area! The double chocolate shake is the way to go. The now have seasonal eggnog shake ?
We get drive thru from P. Terry's about 2-3 times a month since they've opened. The team members working there are always courteous and polite. Excellent customer service and some make an effort to remember my name. We never have to worry when driving away, as i know my order is hot and complete.
This was the first time to visit P Terry's. I ordered a single cheeseburger combo. It was priced very affordable especially compared to today's prices. The quality of the meal was good but the hamburger patty was fairly thin. I suggest ordering a double meat burger. The bun tasted fresh along with vegetables. I do recommend this place especially if you are on a budget and want a good burger.
I love P. Terry’s, however this location is inconsistent and will always give you cold fries to rush the line on a Friday night. Swing on through to wait ten minutes for the bitter taste of soggy disappointment- now served frozen. Addendum- But don’t worry you can add a side of cold sauce to go with it!
Good burger. Fresh French fries ?. You have to ask for ketchup, salt, and pepper. No self service here. Kind of a pain waiting for an employee to acknowledge you.
