Pizza is goood!! If they make a mistake they always replace your order!!
Been a regular Mr. GATTIS customer since 2000. This particular location is my go to. Every now again you'll have to remind them about the ranch you purchased or if a pizza order is messed up they are quick to correct. Employees are friendly and food is worth it with the coupons and deals.
Eh pizza was ok. Pizza rolls were cold and hard.
One pizza was good. The pepperoni and hamburger no complaints. My Canadian bacon and burger. Ugh ?. I’m not sure what happened to the cheese but yes I can say very soggy and sliding off the crust. Not a great experience today.

Edit: Corporate management replied to my review below and said they were going to investigate the store I reviewed while running DoorDash. But... WHAT I CITED IN MY REVIEW IS NOT SPECIFIC TO THIS STORE. It has been the case at every Mr. Gatti's I've stopped at, and I'm telling you I've been to a lot of them running deliveries.Instead of investigating the team at one store, or firing people, why don't you pay your stakeholders a living wage, give them adequate paid sick time, and increase the quality of your product instead? Your workers are your stakeholders and you would not have a paycheck without them. Overworking and underpaying people creates conditions in society that I'm quite sure your owners bristle about. Maybe they should stop contributing to that and really focus on generating wealth for the people who've made them rich.Original review:The managers at this restaurant chain complain about being overworked and underpaid, so I can only imagine how the $10-an-hour workers feel. I personally won't patronize a business that takes advantage of people in this way, Not because I'm altruistic but because I like clean food that's prepared by workers who don't have to come in when they're sick. Thankfully, I'm not missing much. This food is "pizza" only on a technicality. Try DeSano instead, you will thank me.
No one wants to work fast food anymore. So it is so refreshing to meet people that are friendly and ready to take your order. The Gatti's Pizza in Pflugerville is no exception. I went in on an extremely rainy very busy night and while my order did take longer than expected it was fresh and delicious and the employees were very very nice. Gatti's will always be my favorite.

Drive through messed up my order. They were rude,didn't even apologize & then when I did get my order it wasn't even cooked through. Smh
