They took they money for my online order, but never actually made the order. This is because nobody was actually at the location. Place had the OPEN sign up, but was completely locked up and nobody was there to answer any phone or drive thru. Place wasn’t even clean from what I could see through the window.
This place is bad. Front lobby is closed. Drive through is SLOW! Waited in line for a good 30 minutes, only because I had put in an online order already. I would avoid this place.
I drove by and saw that it was opened, so while I was waiting during my kids’ activity I decided to call in and place an order. I had called twice and no one answered the phone. I even made sure to give them time to pick up, just in case they were busy for some reason. How do they even get business? I ended ordering from Papa John’s, which I didn’t have any issues getting through.
By far the worst one I have ever been to. There is always something going on to cause extremely long waits. Even when you order online. Today they closed the front doors and made everyone go through the drive thru. Smh ? I had already paid for the pizza so I waited 40 minutes just to get my money back. Done with this place.
7pm on a Monday and the front doors are closed. I pull up to thrle drive through which is strange and the cashier tells me they dont have any Hot and Readys but they have cheesey bread. How does Little Caesers not have Hot and Readys? I ask to speak to the manager, who's out, and I get the Assistant Manager. Some child in a hoody and he tells me if I'm really that upset, they can start making me a pizza now. Who is running this circus?
Every time I go there, long wait. They told me I to wait for an hour. Another time only the manager was there. They always have new people, and so I believe that they always have to retrain the new one's. For some reason they can't keep up with there employees. Bad management, or not enough pay.
Service sucks!!! They don’t communicate with their customers. The hot and ready pizzas should always be ready, but they still make you wait. The guy in the back listens to music so loud he can’t hear if someone is knocking at the door. This location should close permanently!!!!

Crazy bread is crazy dry and covered in flour, pizza wasn’t even hot when they handed it to me, and I waited well past the estimated time. The employees at this location are either underpaid, or under managed, and don’t care about their jobs.

Horrible. Do they know hot and ready is what Little Caesars is known for? I came last night at 7pm, and they said it would be at least 45 minutes because they “were out of pizza”. Went again today at 3:45 and was told 25-30 minutes for a pizza. Was still hungry though and got Crazy Bread, it was stale! Never coming to this location again
