They left the delivery feature on and took my money and now I wont get my money back for days so no food for me! Awesome!

Where is the meat? I usually order from the JJ app and get the regular number nine (Italian Night Club) and the regular number five (Vito) for my teenagers. I mistakenly ordered the number 5 for myself and found that there was one line of meat (sliced on one (deli talk). So you’re basically eating bread and vegetables. Jimmy John’s used to be my favorite place mainly because the bread is good. Now I realize they don’t serve near as much meat on their sandwiches like Thundercloud (fresh bread good portion of meat). Wish there was one on this side of town. I’m not paying extra for what I should get off top for the price.

I ordered a combo. Waited an hour. They told me it was on the way. Waited another 30 minutes. Then had to tell the staff multiple times that I did not receive the order - as if I did not check outside my door or anything. Only to be told they can remake the order but it will take a long time. Or I could come into the store and pick it up but only have the delivery fee or tip reimbursed. Never ordering from this store again. Terrible customer service and wasted time.
I was in earlier today at lunch and I got a box combo and it came out to $14 and some change and my foreman got the same thing and it was $10 come to find out I got charged for a extra drink and was told they couldn’t give me my money back and was only told me sorry here’s an extra cookie
Most of the time they’re fast, friendly, and get everything right. Started using the JJ App and they now lose my order, the sandwiches are smaller for some reason, and it’s just a bad experience all around.Also kind of weirded out that most of the customers wear masks in there and some of the folks making the sandwiches wear masks but not all of them do. All the other restaurants and fast food places around them have fully masked staff. Curious why they don’t.
They have a very bad service I ordered online I was waiting 30 minutes for my order they never had it ready I went to ask about my order and they told me that they still did not have it ready and they have not yet placed my order in advance, the receipt had been mixed with other receipts, girl told me that they had been very busy but while I was waiting at least I looked at 7 who gave them the orders All the time I was waiting I lost my lunch, I told him to cancel my order, they told me it was taking a long time to get my money back so bad service
