Great service! I even made a rookie ordering mistake and didn’t not order all the toppings on my hot sandwich when I placed the order and the young lady behind the counter could see my frustration as it was being wrapped and she immediately assisted by reopened my sandwich to put on final toppings.Especially in todays rough labor market days I think it is important to make sure we all do our part and appreciate those how are doing theirs! Wow. I've never left a negative restaurant review before. I could let me feelings get the best of me. I'll just state the facts calmly. The staff that was there at ~7:30pm on 04/25/22 stunned me. Are they the example of today's young people? The potato chips were defective unfortunately. When I suggested they make it right, the first guy looked at me like he didn't understand the words coming out of my mouth - seriously. The next lady told me the faulty chips were not Jersey's Mike's fault and that I could buy another bag. -- Read that again slowly -- I will never go back. Bad business and bad parenting.
Food is fine, but there's a serious problem with ordering online. The website shouldn't let you select a time slot for in store pickup when they are ridiculously backed up at that slot. Waiting minimum 30 minutes past your selected order time is the norm here...don't bother.Furthermore, of my 3 sandwiches ordered, allegedly 2 have been done for 20 minutes just waiting on the 3rd. So now I get late and cold cheese steaks, perfect.Update: 1 order was incorrect and another sandwich was soggy. Both hot sandwi hes were (surprise) cold. So disregard on my first setence. Good thing the website collects tips before you get your food.
Food is good and staff is hard working and nice but the issue is time. Each time I order for pickup I increase the future time by 15 minutes. I am not up to 90 minutes and when I get to the store to pick up the food, I still have to wait for them to make it.Also, their online order pickup process is terrible. Waiting in line when food may already be ready for someone at the back.
A bit of a hiccup in the order relay, but they immediately rectified the problem, and I enjoyed one of the best Big Kahuna subs that I've eaten. Great staff.
I do not appreciate ordering from the mobile app and it saying pickup at 6:30. But I didn't leave with my order until 7:00. I understand getting busy but watching multiple orders that walked in after me walk out before me because their orders were processed ahead of mine is disappointing and rather insulting. I even left a tip...never again faster just going in and ordering.
So happy with their service! I saw them make at least 20 subs in front of me. They were kind to every person even when they messed up and forgot pickles on a sandwich and the customer was fairly rude they responded only with kindness and made it right. My sandwich was wonderful the best I had from there in a long time! Way to go! I don't care if they don't have masks on I assume they are vaccinated if they don't and if I disapprove I guess I can go somewhere else. I for one am vaccinated and take precautions just as I saw them doing as well!
Chicken Philly was super! We had alway gotten our chicken Philly from Delaware subs until they closed. Glad to find a great replacement!! Won’t be my last!
I have to give this place a one star because I asked for chips on my order and a gluten free sandwich and they gave me gluten which ruined my night and forgot my chips in my pick up order . I’m not happy .
Sandwiches are delicious, but dangerous to eat, at least it was the Philly cheesesteak. Meat has allot of bone leftovers that after few bites I even cut myself. Taste is amazing but they need to double check the meat before serving.
