Had a coupon this morning for 2 breakfast sandwiches for 5 dollars, cheap manager did not discount the correct amount. The main reason for my low rating is food was cold fries tasted old and cold.
Better than McDonald's and taco bell but not as good as Wataburger. I like to get breakfast from Jack in the Box sometimes. You can order individual orders of eggs and sausage for a very inexpensive healthier option that doesn't include bread loaded with unwanted calories.
Went there a few times a while ago. Went inside. After ordering then waiting 20 minutes, went to register, the food was just sitting in a bag on the side. They told me to wait so they could remake the food since it was cold. Another time, it took about 25 minutes to get my food. Another time, it took about 25 minutes again.
I ordered chicken nuggets and they looked pathetic and the fries were not up to par.
Food quality is poor. Tasted like sawdust. This used to be my favorite place. Takes up to 25 minutes to get through the line.
Service was great very friendly staff, but my entire order was wrong. Said no cheese got 3 slices of cheese on my spicy chicken sandwich and my sourdough jack had no bacon... this made me sad.
The wait in the drive thru was absolutely ridiculous. One would think after waiting so long for the food that it would be fresh and hot, but no that was not the case at all. I will note that the young man at the window was super apologetic, which is worth something.
Love the mini tacos. However, no large drink cups. Other than that, I'll keep coming back here just for thr tacos.
Hardly had any drink options in the freestyle machine and every single table was dirty. We did however receive our order very quickly
I miss seeing Mari. I know she works morning but hoped I would see her tonight. I probably won't be back unless she is there. The manager tonight was cursing, making fun of customers and overall seemed like it was more of a party with high schoolers than a job. Very disappointing!
