We have had Terri service and food here a great deal, however, we tried to give them another chance.Experience was Ridiculous! We got to the restaurant at 7 55 am. There were barely any customers and a lot of open tables. When we walked in there was a family WAITING TO BE SEATED!!! They told them there would be a 10 minute wait because they had to clean off a table... first thing, why does it take TEN minutes to clean off a table? Second, why not seat them in one of the 30 empty tables available!!! Anyway they were going to have to wait 10 minutes for a table so of course we had the same wait or longer!!! This ihops staff is awful, their service is way below average, it taken them an hr to get food out, and the staff apparently cannot handle more than 8 tables. Do not go here unless you want to waste like 2 to 3 hours of your life on terrible service and bad food.IHOP you should get better staff and cooks or just close your doors. Pathetic!
Very impressive service. Brandi or waitress was amazing. Very attentive and friendly. Our order came out in less than 10 minutes from the time we placed it. Food was good. Restaurant is very clean. I will go back in the near future.
Try calling in an order and no answer.Placed a mobile order that was set to be picked up at 10. Checked in via the text link and it said “we will bring your order out to you shortly”. All good right? Wrong.15 mins go by and nothing. They look busy so i let it ride. 30 mins go by. Nothing. Now im confused so i try calling no answer so I go inside. Kid ask for my name and says “oh i think its ready” then proceeds to bringout a cold bag of food. Ticket says it was closed out at 9:37am!! I ask why they didn’t bring it out and he says “we don’t have enough runners”. Mind you 3 of them are standing at the counter and it took all of 30 seconds to get it out of the back. When I asked why they didn’t call or text me to come in, he just shrugged. Woman behind me had the same issue. When I called to talk to a manager their phone rings for 8 minutes before you get notified their phone is set to not receive calls.
Came here to eat breakfast with my grandson. We walk in to sign in and the young man at the counter said it'd be about an hour. So okay. We'll sit down and wait as other people started coming in. He was telling them 20 or 30 minutes wait for them. I wonder why.... why an hour for me and only 30 minutes for them? He was also wearing a mask but he wasn't wearing it properly. All his nose was out of the mask which, when working a food facility you should be better educated on food safety. So if you come here, please bring your patience.
Went there on a Friday night as everything else was super crowded and there was not a soul in IHOP. After waiting a few minute in the front, a guy came out and asked "Can I help you?" like he's annoyed we exist. Ask for a table for two and he says it would be a 20 minute wait because they only have one cook. Again, not a single other customer in the restaurant. I understand staffing shortages, but after reading some other reviews where they were told the same and never seated, I'm glad we didn't stick around and gamble that they wanted our business because clearly they did not. Went to Torchy's instead and got seated with food in minutes.
So tonight me and my nephew went to go eat at IHOP . While we were waiting for our food we heard someone in the kitchen yelling and cussing at the other employees ?. I love eating here but I don’t think it’s ok for that to be Happening …
In A Tale of Two Cities Charles Dickens wrote: "It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of light, it was the season of darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair.”That's how we felt when we decided to have some American breakfast confort food at IHOP in Pflugerville, Texas. It was an unusually cold Friday night. School was canceled because of the painful cold and plague. We had 3 kids with us all day while we had to work. Nothing sounded better than paying a visit to the International House of Pancake.Três leches pancakes, crapes, chicken and waffles, strawberry French toast. Nothing sounded better after a long cold week and our first outing after recovering from Covid. We also had another family with us. Friends and delicious food, what could go wrong? But life was not willing to award us with the food that built America. When we arrive they had informed us we would have to wait 20 minutes and they may not be able to seat us together. I let them know that we could sit in separate booths or break up the party. After waiting 40 minutes with 7 children in our group they told us they could not seat our party. Not separately and not if we waited. We inquired if the people behind us would be seated and they said they would have to wait. We said we would wait. They said they still would not seat us. We asked why they did not tell us at the beginning or before we waited with 7 children for 40 minutes and they said they, "tried to tell us."When I realized I was not going to have pancakes AND that I was rejected by IHOP... I felt layers of unsettling emotion, a sting of melancholy and confusion, and a great sense of weariness sweeped over me sucking my energy with it. Will my family and friends still love me? I asked myself.Luckily we were able to find a great place to eat nearby.
Decent. Can't really speak to ill about this establishment as literally there was only 3 workers. The manager was literally doing most of the positions. Host, waitress, cashier, heck probably even the cook. Her service was wonderful but the food lacked just about everything else.
I ordered the poblano and beef omlet, recommended by the waiter, it was cold, (Not warm or “room temperature”) flat out cold. The avocados where not fresh at all with the peel still stuck on some parts. Gave it 3 stars just because the establishment was nice and clean and service average.
Food was delicious. The waitress was so sweet and brought our food within 15 mins of ordering our food. The place was clean and so was the bathroom. We went at 2:30 and it was busy but not crowded.
