The worst customer service I've experienced at a chicken joint. I was blamed for NOT be helped by mgmt because it took "too long for me to drive up to the speaker." This is what they told me when I finally drove up the window without getting an apology. The mgr had a mouth full of food spiting crumbs on me telling me it was my fault and "order now." Needless to say I didn't even order. Never going back to this location!

We love golden chick and I have personally been going to this location for decades now. I never mind the long lines because The food is always worth the wait, and The employees are always a pleasure. However, our last two visits were extremely disappointing. Something is different about the chicken tenders, they definitely haven’t been tender. Hard, dry, rubbery meat with too much inedible tendon connecting the pieces. Was there a change in the supply line or management? Prices have increased but now it seems the food quality has dropped. What gives? Have been such a Golden Chick fan for so long. Very disappointed
Love their sweet tea , BUT, these people do not know the difference between white meat and dark meat. You ask for white, they give dark.... You ask for dark they give white. It has happened to me on 4 different occasions. Once or twice, ok maybe that's an accident but FOUR times, I dont think so. Other than that, I love Golden Chick AND this (pflugerville) location.EDIT: I would also like to add that my daughter got a chicken sandwich and the meat wasnt fully cooked, it was super pink on the inside... She threw it away as the drive to take it back was pretty far from where we live. I pray no one ever gets sick from eating their raw chicken.
The drive-thru line was long. There is no preview menu at this location. The person taking the order did allow time to look over the menu and seemed annoyed because I hesitated. When I arrived at home the order was incorrect. I was disappointed since it was a long drive to go back. I do not plan to go to this location. I'll need to go to a different location if I decide to order this food again.
The workers were all a bit unprofessional. Speaking Spanish about my mom and I as we ordered haha little did they know I speak fluently. Good food ...bad service
The chicken tenders, mac and cheese, and potatoes were pretty good but they took quite a bit longer than usual to bring the food, then again this was my first time on this location.

Hot and fresh chicken most of the time, friendly staff. The roasted chicken is great but pieces are very small. Rolls and mac n cheese are delicious!
I didn't know Golden Chick had dirty rice on it's menu!! It was delicious!! Lots of flavor, with a little spiciness. I could eat just that, even tho I enjoy the chicken.
