This is the pizza that was literally JUST delivered to my house. How ? How did this make it ALL the way to my house without a single person thinking it was bad idea?
I had very bad experience last time.I went to the shop and ordered one pasta. Lady at billing section taken my order and thenShe asked me to wait for few minutes. I waited for more than 30 minutes but no update on my food.When i check with that lady about my order she said it will be ready soon.After 45 minutes When i was checking the status She was yelled at me and replied "If you are not ready to wait then get your money back"I told her that "i already waited close to one hour how long it will take further ?." Lady did not replied anything for that.I never seen such a rude behavior before. I was really frustrated . Finally i got my single pasta after 1 hour.That lady does not know how to treat customers.I request manager please take necessary action on this bad incident. Definitely i wont come again.
Decided not to make our food. Great. And I'm out an order fee and a tip.Can't say I've ever had a good experience eating this cardboard, but this will be the last one for me. Hope the staff starves - tipping should be outlawed at Dominos. No one here deserves it.
This location used to be great... Last time I ordered here my pizzas took AN HOUR to get here - like from when the tracker said my driver left to reach my door. My pizzas were obviously cold. I tried calling the driver back, but she was already driving off. I had to reheat the pizzas in my own oven which just defeats the purpose. I tried calling that time and after 15 minutes on hold I figured maybe they were just busy due to Spring Break... I thought I'd give them another shot since I've been a regular here for so long - but now they've cancelled my order at the last minute with no explanation, and they just aren't answering their phones! Very upsetting customer service, I am done with this location/ Domino's...
I guess at this location what the customer ordered does not matter. None of my 3 pizzas were made to my order. Bites had several uncooked pieces and not to count received 18 ordered 32. Employees argued that they were supposed to look pale and flat. I was able to get them to remake the bites and they made a dish with sausage (don’t know what for). I thought I was getting a remade sausage pizza not sausage to put on my pizza. Wish I could give zero stars!
Went in late night and Ana helped me and made my pizza. By far the best pizza I’ve had from Dominos EVER ! If you order carry out and she makes your pizza.. Tip her well !
I’ve been coming to this dominos for months and ordering carry out. I’ve had to cut my own pizza multiple times. This time my small pizza was cut into 4 slices… today I walked in to pick up my order to hear other customers complain as well. I believe there needs to be more training or help at this location to take pressure off of workers and reinforce attention to detain.
I ordered a pepperoni pizza with green peppers olives and sausages for delivery. It was a hour and 40 minutes late, when I opened the pizza box it looked like someone throw the box around. The toppings were everywhere except on the pizza, it wasn't even cut I had to use a butter knife to carve out each slice. I called to try to get the order fixed and manager Johnny was super rude and just hanged up on me.
I ordered from the limestone location and they gave me the wrong order , the box had the wrong address on it. It was the end of the night so when I tried to call back they were closed , which is understandable . Then I tried calling back the next day I couldn’t even get ahold of the store it’s self they played phone tagged with me and had me on the phone on hold for an hour ( still haven’t go in hold of nobody). I’m just disappointed in the customer service and just getting the right order cause this isn’t the first . This is coming from a faithful customer and ex employee.
I ordered an 8 piece wings and gave me 5 not 8, also ordered 3 extra blue cheese (which they said were out of stock) and still charged me for it! Food was cold and the customer service was terrible! No apologies or nothing! Never coming to this location again! I love dominoes and the custom ability and normally love the service, however this is the 4th time at this location and I’m sorry but what I pay for is what I pay for before this, missing pizzas, and toppings and I’m just frustrated.. never again!
