The WORST fast food place I've ever been to in my life. The manager, I'll just call him darskin Chris brown, knew alllll the answers when it came to my door dash order. Yet when I called the customer and she said I was the one who was supposed to be bringing her the order he was still in denial. He claimed the kids I saw walking out eating food out their bag were the ones delivering her food. That place needs new management and he needs to go back to working in construction or something because he has 0 customer service skills. This is coming from someone with 8+ years experience in the industry.
First time I went, the burger was so good, I decided it would be my local burger place, even though the prices were higher than elsewhere. The second time, they got my order completely wrong. The third and last time, the burger was disgustingly dry, lacked three of the toppings on the receipt, had less than half a piece of bacon for that topping, only two tiny pickles, and tomatoes I specifically asked not to be there. I know this because I took my sandwich apart when I remade it.Not giving them another chance.
No more butterscotch dipped cones is a shameful thing to experience. I know it's been a while since I've been to dairy Queen for anything so don't care about your dating my judgement. I grew up with butterscotch dipped cones and now it's only chocolate and vanilla.
Super rude employees, no obvious reason for being treated so poorly. I get it, who wants to work in fast food but if you're that unhappy and miserable you shouldn't be in the industry.

Couldn't even order food. Won't ever return. The manager and grill worker were having a grand old conversation and told me to be patient and that it was 4 people to take my order BUT no one did. All wrong. We left... Never again!!! The manager and grill worker were NOT wearing a mask just talking away.
I have enjoyed Dairy Queen since I was a little girl, but today at the Dairy Queen in Pflugerville on Pecan Street, I had a scary experience. I went to the drive-thru and ordered a hamburger combo meal and blizzard. As I pulled up to the window, I put on my mask. I just do this when getting close to strangers to help protect them and me.The man at the drive-thru register was NOT wearing a mask at all. I paid for my meal and then said, "Y'all aren't wearing masks?", and he said, the people in the kitchen are wearing them. Now why would I believe him?? He was very cavalier when he said it.As I waited for my food order, I pulled up to be able to see the front line inside. A women with her mask around her neck with her mouth and nose exposed prepared my drink and the rest. Someone went inside to order, and a 2nd woman went to the register in front. The lady at the front register had her mask around her neck with her mouth and nose fully exposed. So all three employees were NOT WEARING masks. It was ridiculous! What's the point of having a mask around your neck if you are not going to wear it over your nose and mouth.I don't care what side of the COVID spectrum you're on - vaccinated or not, this virus is REAL. I've had friends, vaccinated and not, catch it. What they went through was terrible!Anyway, I was very angry, and I didn't trust myself to say anymore. So I took my meal, brought it home, and promptly threw it in the trash, and flushed the blizzard and drink down the sink.This whole experience was just UNSANITARY, DISRESPECTFUL, AND INCONSIDERATE for a public establishment.I contacted the store director per the number on the receipt. I hope they will do something about this. I won't be back.DQ, please, be clean and considerate of your customers that keep you in business.
Almost 5 stars but I was not even made aware if the fact that GRAVY would not be provided with my Steak Finger Basket. Come on, RANCH dressing was a joke. DQ needs to make customers aware of this Corona Virus adjustment regarding No Gravy.
Great most of the time. Sometimr ice cream is melting when you get it. 90% of the time it's great. I'll keep going back.
Huge wasp nest by tge drive through window. My son is allergic so probably won't go back. Also, got my order wrong. Ice cream was tasty.
