There’s a ton of people that claim Cajun and generally have no idea and have never been near anything Cajun. This place is Cajun from top to bottom. Perfectly cooked seafood. That shrimp poboy was outa sight! The Cajun fries were done perfectly. Not this battered nonsense people pretend is Cajun. The hush puppies were awesome! I hope this place stays where it’s at. We will be going back. I want to know what’s up with the rolling pin on the shelf. Hoping they plan on making some meat pies but it may be for self defense. You don’t want to mess with no Cajun mama with a rollin pin!
I had their crawfish po'boy tonight and it was perfect. I'd recommend them to anyone. There was plenty of crawfish and it was very filling. They don't cheap out on the crawfish or any of the toppings. It's literally LOADED with crawfish. I had to constantly pick them up while I was eating the po'boy. I probably spent more time picking up the falling crawfish than eating the po'boy. The people are friendly and sweet. I'd include a picture but I ate it all before I could take a picture. I promise you won't be disappointed!
Wonderful food takes a little time but made fresh and flavorful definitely a repeat if you haven't tried your missing out
Not bad, but they forgot my one of my drink. Will visit again I had the fish Poboy! :)
Awesome people, friendly and yes taste like home. LA people serving LA cuisine. My husband and I are from LA and love when we can get a taste of home when were out and about. If you see this truck get yourself a plate!
I got the shrimp po boy and it was fantastic! I'd definitely go back.
Best oyster poboy I’ve had in Austin! My wife and I are from Louisiana and this tastes like home.
Omg the wait time at this place is crazy. We ordered 2 orders of fries, 2 orders of huspuppies and one order of Shrimp Po-boy at 7.50 PM.We were told order pick-uo would be at 8.25 PM.We received our order at 9.40 PM.Also I am a vegetarian and my fries packet had fried shrimp in it?!I understand radio bar usually has 3 food trucks. But a food truck is closed for a few days so these guys are overloaded.Only 2 ladies running the kitchen and managing orders. But almost 2 hours for just fries? The fries didn't even havd enough cajun spice. You can see it for yourself. My friend loved his Shrimo Po-boy but was it worth waiting 2 hours? Not really.I hope they improve on service.I would not recommend this place for a vegetarian or vegan person.
I’m having trouble finding the words for how good everything I just ate here was. That’s the best meal I’ve had in a long time.
Y'all, I have been missing Louisiana style po-boys. The okra, shrimp, and the soft shell crab was cooked perfectly. Thank Y'all so much!
