I ordered a Swiss cheese, mushroom, medium grilled burger and fries Good service came in a timely manner and my waitress was attentive. I tipped and thanked her. I will eat here again.
Ticket times were an hour for fajitas and 2 kid meals. Urgh. Poorly managed location.
I went to Chili's for lunch for the first time, I wasn't expecting much since it is a chain, surprisingly I received great service from George and he definitely made my day better with his presence and his joyful attitude, he made me feel like I was dining at a privately owned restaurant rather than a chain, I ordered the shrimp cajun pasta with a side salad and a beverage and only paid $14 for it which was a great value, the quality was very good for the price.I'm definitely gonna be a regular at the Stone Hill Chili's and the service I received from George is some of the best I've ever had.
bad customer service, my order is now over 30 minutes late, been here for an hour. been told several different things about the status of my order all by the same person.
Walked in 3 minutes late, friends had ordered my food and drink for me to sit and eat with them. GM didn’t want to let me in for “security” reasons and locked me out, she felt safe 3mins earlier, since they close at 10:30, WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Also my friends food came out COLD. Mod Pizza next door has a whole lot better service.
First time to this location and probably our last. The wait was long. Which was kind of expected since it was a Friday evening. Our waitress forgot to put our order in and came to tell us that after we were waiting for over 30 minutes. Our food did not come out for about another 20 minutes. I have never waited so long for food to come out at a restaurant. You figured with her messing up and not putting out order in that she would have taken great care of us. NOPE! She didn't take care of us at all. She never came back to check on us like she was suppose too. We had to keep calling her over. When the food finally arrived it wasn't that great. We have definitely had better. By the time we left there in was over 2 hours later. We did not think we would be there that long. Maybe an hour but two hours come on. I don't recommend this location.
After getting seated for over 20 minutes know one cane by and took our order or asked what we wanted to drink. Customers that came in 10 min myself and my daughter were already drinking their beer and the waitress just kept on walking by. We told the hostess we were leaving due to no service.
After waiting 45 minutes after getting our drinks, we finally got the appetizer that was ordered. 2 minutes after that, we started getting our meal. Cajun shrimp pasta is not that great when it's barely warm when it gets to the table. FYI, it might be a good idea to peel at least the first layer off of the onion that you are grilling up to go with fajitas.
What an amazing experience we had today. I came in with my wife to get some grub. I wasn't feeling to well since I just had migraine from hell. Restaurant was slightly busy but our server Shawna, I hope I didn't wrote her name down wrong. But man I tell you she is amazing. Fast, polite, energetic, friendly and made our visit an excellent one. I have stopped going to Chili's for about 8 years or so but servers like her I am definitely coming back. She deserves the best of this establishment cause she sure is doing her best for y'all.
We arrived at 11am and beside coming over to take our order we have been ignored by the server for two hours. We ordered the two for twenty-five which included a dessert. The waiter never asked what dessert we wanted. We never got a dessert. They never came to refill our drinks. The only time they came back is when we flagged them down. They are rude and not helpful. They did not have our bill correct. I will never visit this restaurant again.
