Big Shout out to Chick-fil-a to always having the best customer service and picking wonderful staff ! Always nice , courteous and professional. Today the drive up line is working hard and even in the heat and busy times they providing excellent service .
There's zero ice on the roads, just ice on the grass and that's enough reason to keep the store closed? The Chick-fil-A on 45 & 35 is open and that's only a few miles away from this one.Edit: All other Chick-fil-As are open today on Memorials Day and once again yall are closed for whatever reason

What an amazing Chick-fil-a! This has been my family’s location for almost six years now. It’s so clean and organized. When we go in and sit down, it feels like one big family reunion. I recently found out that Kirk (owner/operator) had passed away. This guy was something special. Over the years I have spoken at my office, to small group members, and friends about how Kirk was involved with and ran this location. I even mentioned him in a work presentation on being a representation of humble, hungry, and smart. This store has lost an amazing person. To those who are still grinding it out (Ms. Cathy and Ms. Patience) through the pandemic and this big loss, y’all make that place one of a kind.
We ordered on the chick fil a one app and when we got there, it took about 5 minutes before it got out. Maybe 10-15 minutes from ordering on the app to getting it. Everything was right and the food was excellent as always. Never disappointed by this place.
We had the chicken strip basket. It was good. Lordy at the service. These are the nicest folks in 2 counties. If you want a refill on your drink or any thing else you need only ask the attendant.
I’ve had the diet lemonade before and have never gotten charged extra for requesting diet. If you are going to charge extra , you should let your customers know. Also, your drive thru takes too long to get orders ready. Open the lobby back up to improve customer flow and require everyone to wear mask. Also, why is it you guys don’t answer your phones when customer call. this is just totally rude.
