They offer great options of delicious comfort food. My wife can't get enough of their crossaints. I like their blackened salmon and coconut shrimp plate. My wife goes for the burger or steak. She also enjoyed a nice drink. I had the strawberry lemonade and it was quite addictive.Great place with multiple options to have.
Worst experience there today. Our waiter was 5 stars but the establishment was 0. Trash was everywhere. Bathroom smelled like pure urine in the women's bathroom with trash everywhere on the floor. We ordered our drinks and they were not as strong as we normally get them. Especially when it is limited to 2 drinks. The kitchen overcooked my steak and I had to send back. Waiter promptly took care of it.
I've always loved eating here for special occasions and birthdays. Over the past 2 years the food quality has just been getting worse and worse. Today we went and the server went above and beyond for us which was amazing because it's hard to find good service now a days but everything tasted old and nasty from the cocktails to the sodas appetizers and entrees. Left 60 dollars broker, sick to our stomaches and still hungry.
The beer was warm. I ordered well done Smokehouse burger well it was not even well done and cold fries.I was very disappointed with the food.
Cheddar's hold a very low standing in my places to consider for a hot meal. Though their menu has changed a bit over the years, they still serve decent food but had it not been for my most recent experience with the waitstaff completely forgetting our food and serving it, as is, I'd write for 5 stars
When we finally received food, it was all quite good. The issue was more service related. We ordered an appetizer that we never received but was on the bill, I ordered country fried chicken and got country fried steak instead, and the wait staff was overwhelmed. We'll give them another chance just in case they were having a bad night, but if that's the normal we won't return after that.
Keith was amazing!! Was very friendly and always refilled our drinks rapidly. Always came by and made sure we had everything we needed. Very consistent. Food was delicious. But Keith was the greatest!! It was my first time here and he made my experience wonderful!! Thank you!!

Disappointing food and service for my online order and pickup.-I was texted my order was ready. However when I arrived, it took 25 more minutes to receive it.- My salmon was overcooked and almost not edible.- Green beans were too mushy to eat- the strawberry sauce on cheesecake was so watery I had to pour it offThey lost my future business
Took the family here for dinner. Customer service was great but that doesn’t make up for the food quality. I ordered some ribs and they were dry and no taste. My toddler got some chicken strips and only ate one. Later that night till the next day my toddler started throwing up, feeling dizzy and diarrhea. Food poisoning. The chicken strips had some kind of yellow goo inside. See picture.
