I pulled up to the drive thru to order at 945. I asked for the #8 the spicy chicken and the guy at the window said they were “out “of the #8 but then he states that he is not going to make it because there is no point they are gonna close in 10 min. @ 10. So I asked for his name he said he is not gonna give it to me. I was in line with enough time to order and he refuse to make the order. Horrible customer service.
This is my favorite burger king location in Austin. Mercedes runs a tight ship, and I always feel like the customer service is a step up from other locations. I go at least once a week for my lunch break, and it's constantly a quality experience!
DONT COME HERE!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND THEY ARE RARELY EVER OPEN. ALL THEY HAVE IS RUDE OLD GRUMPY PEOPLE THAT WANT TO GIVE ATTITUDE. PANCHO FERNANDEZ IS VERY UGLY AND RUDE TO YOU, WHEN ALL IT TAKES IS TO BE KINDER. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TREATED HORRIBLY.
This Burger King is a joke. I made an order through their BK app which “confirmed” order with my location so I paid for it. I showed up to pick it up and it’s closed! 7pm and looks abandoned. I had to request a refund. Waste of time. Please find new franchise owners because I see previous reviews of similar issues
Whopper was only ok. You could tell it wasn’t fresh. My fiancé asked for a freshly cooked patty and they refused to cook him one and wanted to use what was already sitting out. He had to substitute his whopper for something else. We should’ve just got our money back but my fiancé was hangry.
Website shows 10:30 closing time.. showed up 40min prior to.. had drive thru blocked off. No complaints just update Website
It's Burger King! I've been here a fair amount, never had bad experiences. If I had a nitpick, I'd say they could keep up on wiping down tables a little more regularly. There's been a few times I've had to grab some extra napkins to wipe down one of the few tables available to sit at, due to crumbs and whatnot. No big deal though, for all I know the other people might've JUST left, right?
They take a picture of the drive thru menu which you can’t see clearly what the prices are. Hope your burgers are worth it
I’ve been here at 6:30 pm on a Wednesday and 9:30 pm on a Saturday in the last month and they’re closed. They just close when they feel like. Maybe it’s a staffing issue but wasting my time every time I try to go there.
Great app, the crew at this location works hard to please.
