Ordered the kids fettuccine alfredo for my daughter and she wanted to sprinkle some parm cheese on it. Well the container lid wasn't on correctly so it all came out on her food. We tried to get most of it out and let the waiter know what happened and just asked for some extra alfredo sauce. He brings out a bowl of sauce which was kind of too much for the size of dish or food she had. Later brings us the ticket that shows I was charged $4.95 for that literal bowl of sauce that I wasn't informed I was going to be charged for. When I paid at the register I asked about it and the other waitress stated he should've told me before charging me for it what the price was going to be and he just apologized. Food was mid and it was our first experience there, most likely won't be returning.

I'm torn on this place. It's a 3.5 to me, but it's a good restaurant that doesn't deserve a 3. So, 4.The ingredients are of good quality. The cheese and the toppings taste bright, fresh. The pie is cooked well, and the price is great. The staff is friendly, as is the owner. The restaurant is clean with a great atmosphere to it.I tried a traditional and a Sicilian pizza on two different occasions. The pizza is between good and mediocre for me.The crust is too bread-y; more crunch less munch please. The sauce is bland. Both times it was rather tasteless; I couldn't detect a single herb or spice. These two qualities brought the rest of the pizza down.Still, the pizza is worth trying and deciding for yourself.

A friend and I came in on a Monday evening for dinner at his recommendation. He had the chicken with capers and I had the chicken parmesan. The food itself was above average. The marinara sauce is very good and the garlic knots/rolls are first rate. Our server, though, seemed very confused and new to the job. In fact, she forgot to turn in our order. She also had difficulty finding out which beers they actually had in stock.Worth considering if you have extra time while in the area.

After being ignored by multiple waitstaff and possibly the owner, I just got up and left. It doesn't matter if the food is good if no one will acknowledge you in even the slightest manner or take an order. I was in the restaurant for 20 minutes. Plenty of staff walked right by me, sitting in a table close to the register and 3 other tables occupied.

This place definitely had a hard night when I was there not sure if they are getting to much business and can't keep up but I work for Favor and my customer as well as other's had to wait and hour to get their food. The boss definitely is a tough cookie she reminds me of the New Yorkers I knew. Not sure what happened that night it was my first time ever hearing about the place or even being their but everyone was working hard and running around like a chicken with it's head cut off. Praying Y'all never have another night like that again. Maybe a team meeting would help with solutions! Team work makes the dream work and hang in their new girl and just remember to take time to breath if U need to!

great food !!! I am very happy to have found this spot living in Austin and Manor all my life and can't belive I he'd never been here.My husband and I loved it .

I have been visiting Baris for almost 10 years now and the delicious taste of their food has not changed a bit.. My personal favorite are Baris salad with house dressing ( yummiest ), Chicken Diablo ,Chicken Scampi (in pic) and their pizza just perfect blend of cheese and crust

Great food and service. We definitely recommend. We will be back.

Waited over an hour for entrees. Many others in the dining room were waiting for just about as long. Server was nice and stated the kitchen was backed up, but only for the dining room it seems. To-go orders took precedence over those waiting for an hour. At least offer those in the dining room free bread for the wait. That should be flipped and if the kitchen can’t keep up with the load then they shouldn’t be offering to-go services. As for the food, it was okay and I finished it, but definitely not worth the wait. We won’t be returning next time, at least on a somewhat busy night.

Fiance and I went on Valentine’s Day and kitchen seemed very unprepared. It’s been a favorite for my family for a very long time, so was super disappointed in not only the slow kitchen (server was awesome), but the fact that to-go orders were getting precedence over dine-ins. There was a flock of to-go orders that came in after we did that had their orders filled first when it should have been the other way around. On a non-busy day, it’s good comfort food at a decent price.
