I ordered the honey glazed tofu with white rice & - 3pc veggie eggs rolls - you are forced to order an appetizer if you order via Doordash or Ubereats. I was eating when I noticed what I thought was a little black burnt piece. After picking it out onto the to go bag, I gagged at the sight of a small roach…… in my food!! The bag my food was in was tied tightly, and the food container was sealed shut. This definitely came from the restaurant & the insect was in the sealed container. I will never eat here again & am cooking at home from now on.
First time for my friend and I to dine at Bamboo Bistro. This location has been opened about a year and a half. You order at the counter for take out or dine in. We chose to review the menu at a table. The menu has something for everyone. We asked the Server what her recommendations. She picked everything perfectly and customized each plate to our tastes. Service was outstanding. The food was delicious and plentiful. My friend and I hadn't seen each since Covid started. We ended staying and visiting for almost 4 hours. Thank goodness they didn't rush out sooner. I highly recommend this place. ?
What a great new find! Went there today and tried the Chicken Bangkok Spicy Noodles. The dish was outstanding!! And, the portion size was substantial - way more than I could eat in 1 sitting. They have a large selection of dishes on the menu and I can't wait to go back and try some other dishes. Recommended!
Food was amazing and the service outstanding. The food was fresh and on point, the cashier suggested the best selections and it paid off. We appreciate his help and the experience we had
First of all Bamboo bistro and Mei Mei kitchen are same! This name change on different food delivery apps is not appreciated.Food taste was not so tasty. It was kind of super sour, i had tried ramen lot many places but this was not worth the taste and money . It was kind of slushy. I wont recommend this place.
Looking for someplace to eat, that wasn't a chain eatery. Stumbled upon this place, had a wonderful lunch, each place was more than enough to feed two. I just wish my hot tea had been made with bottled water, the hot chlorine taste was more than I could enjoy.
I'm very happy with this restaurant. I was surprised with how good the food was. The environment was also nice - clean, modern and authentic at the same time. This food is excellent for the low price you pay!
My girlfriend and I was excited to get the Tom Kha. That’s one of her most favorite dishes. It’s pretty much suppose to be Tom Yum with coconut milk. Well, at Bamboo Bistro, it was just coconut milk no Tom Yum paste. I asked for some Tom Yum paste since they had Tom yum on the menu. The cashier guy said no. I asked for fish sauce to add a little bit of umami into my meal. He said they don’t carry it.I got the Thai basil fried rice and that was mushy. The flavors would come out more if the rice wasn’t so over cooked. Also it was suppose to be combination and the cashier guy told me they were out of shrimp. Thank god because if there was shrimp, i might’ve gotten sick. The Thai basil wings were salty like the Dead Sea.I also got the honey glazed chicken entree with fried rice. The garnish broccoli tasted like it was microwaved for 30seconds. The chicken tasted crispy which was good, but the glaze tasted like it was the same glazed as the wings were.Even their fortune cookie was stale. The location has been opened since March, but the company has been around since 2019 supposedly. I don’t know how.
If I wasn't so dang tired and hungry, I'd take my dinner back for a refund. This was my first and last time eating there. I have never ever received a single. burnt piece of General Tso's chicken from any other restaurant. My entire meal is burnt black and Bamboo Bistro served it anyway.
Food & customer service was awesome!!!!!!!!!! 10/10 I believe it’s a family owned restaurant definitely go try it out if you haven’t
