I thought giving them time they would improve......but no. For one, I can't do the survey because they took my receipt off the bag. I asked for well done wings, they were not. I asked for well done fries with extra seasoning. They were not. The employees are never attentive to the customers. All around disappointed, again.
This is my go to wingstop. Till this day they always make my food fresh and delicious. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Will definitely recommend this location.
Beware of this Wingstop location. I placed a order and the food was HORRIBlE! My chicken was over cooked and the fries was cold. I called in to make the manager aware of the situation and they were rude and nasty. I was then provided with the district managers phone number and she too was very rude. I asked for her name and she refused and hung up in my face. I was told that although I put my food in the trash if I wanted a refunded I needed to get it out of the dumpster and bring it back into the restaurant so that they could use the food to train the employees. When you take food out an establishment and bring it home that will produce cross contamination. So the question I have is, is the food being reserved to customers once it has been returned. A total violation from the Health Department standards. If you plan eating at this Wing Stop please not they may be serving you all food has been returned. If ever wander how Hepatitis A is passed then read this post very carefully and you will have the answer to the question at hand.
nasty tables... we had to clean our own.the two ladies up front were on their cell phones instead of working.The lady working the register spoke in a soft voice that could barely be heard.definitely will not come back.
My favorite location. Orders are always super fresh and hot. Never have to worry about the integrity of the cooks. They always go above and beyond to please customers. Much appreciated in my many experiences coming here. That’s why I keep coming back. Definitely stop here for the freshest and hottest Wing Stop in the Houston area.
Workers were wearing face masks on their chins. Female worker couldn't concentrate on work, too busy flirting with the manager. I do understand that they're busy but the rudeness of the phone calls are ridiculous. A" thank you for calling" would have been nice instead of just hanging up. I guess phone etiquette has gone out the window for certain places Or it's not required.
BEST WINGSTOP EVER I VISIT A FEW IN THE HOUSTON AREA AND BE DISAPPOINTED .DECIDED TO GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY AND THIS LOCATION ITS THE BEST MUST BE RAN BY A REALLY GOOD STAFF SUPER CLEAN KITCHEN LOOKS SPOTLESS CLEAN EVERYONE HAPPY WITH SMILING FACES AND FOOD TASTED FANTASTIC WINGS WHERE HOT AND TASTY .I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK JUST WANTED TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS LOCATION .MY VISIT WAS MORE THAN GREAT

My car is in the shop so I had dinner delivered from this location. They didn't send my entire order and refused to deliver what was missing or refund my money. Then when I spoke to the manager she gave me a store credit that is only good at this location and HUNG UP ON ME. Worst Wingstop location EVER!!
Employees standing around on their phones meanwhile my meal is just sitting in the ready shelf and they can’t say anything. I literally sat and watched every order that came out and not once was my name was called. And the girl does oh yeah hers is that one but couldn’t tell me when all she was doing is standing there? As if waiting 30 min isn’t enough.. OH and when I call in to tell the “manager” and inform her as a manager myself her customer service needs some work she hangs up on me! I know it’s a fast food place but how is that the manager in place.
