Enjoyed My Experience! Yesica all smiles!?? Beautiful & Appreciated! Excellent Customer Service! Food fresh, hot & lemon pepper ALL FLATS extremely DELICIOUS! S/O To the cooks Zulema ? & Gabby?! It starts with them without them we wouldn't EAT! It was a very clean lobby restrooms! I am Exceptionally Impressed! Your Mgr. & District Mgr. I know should be PROUD they hired them! I ate I the lobby & I overheard Yesica Thankinga customer with "My Pleasure!" @chickfila??

This is by the far the best wingstop I've been to in a loooong while! The food was piping hot, fresh! And thoroughly cooked! The staff was very welcoming would definitely come back!

Terrible customer service, the manager has a terrible attitude and seem to blame everything on other employees. After waiting over an hour I get the wrong order only to return it and be yelled at do I want a refund or I could just leave. She should ot be working as a manager or any employee.

The wings are always good here but tonight they were terrible, way over cooked and very dry with no flavor. I get it, places have off nights. But when I called to talk to the manager to let them know, I couldn’t even get her on the phone because “she was too busy”. The message from the manager was too tell me the only way to fix this was for them to remake the order and me come pick it up again, normally I could bc I live close but that wasn’t an option tonight. At the end all I got was a “sorry about that”. Pretty poor service overall.

If only I could give zero stars!!! I’m not pleased at all. My chicken was greasy hardly any lemon pepper. I called to speak with a manager. She was extremely rude, argumentative, loud, I could barely get a word in. She didn’t even verify my order, canceled my second order that I placed before it was time for them to close. Claiming they didn’t receive it in time. I order from this location at-least twice a week. The service I received on tonight was totally unacceptable!!! I will be calling the corporate office in the morning.

Had a very bad, unprofessional experience at this location last night while picking up my order. I initially ordered 10 bone-in wings but got in return 10 boneless wings even after I had asked the cashier 3 times if my order was complete. Nevertheless, when I got home I realized this wasn't the case--which wasn't a big deal until I called back to get my order fixed and the manager of this store started putting blame on me for not checking. I believe everyone has their own role and if I'm coming back from work to spend my hard earn money at your location, I expect a great experience. Especially after spending so much money on wings these past 10 years. It's not our job to make sure our orders are fulfilled properly all the time. The manager not only blamed me but was RUDE and didn't offer any solution to fix my problem. I hope upper management gets to see this post and talk to whoever is responsible for this store. This behavior can't continue...

I had the 10 piece combo...lemon pepper...flats only...it was delicious...fries were nicely seasoned. I would recommend this spot...

Pretty ridiculous I get turned away because I’d like to dine in. At this point of the pandemic it is not acceptable, considering every other restaurant in the same facility offers dine in.

I tried these ppl 3 times to see what the hype is all about but they failed every single time plus they meased up my order 5 times like come on how hard is it to remember wings fries drink

Terrible customer service and lazy employees. I’ve ordered through the phone twice and each time was terribly disappointing. The first time I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and the line eventually cut. The second time nobody picked up at all.
