Their wings are really good. The last time i went tho their wings had shrunk in size which kinda sucks and hope it doesn't stay that way. Also one time i called to make an order and i couldn't understand them at the end so they hung up on me. I went in and the front person acted like she didn't know what i was talking about. But from what i could see is she was the phone lady and there was only one other female there it could have been. So it had to be one of them. And i didn't get an apology or anything.
Just received my order that was ordered through the Wingstop app. To my surprise when I opened the bag I noticed I was missing a large fry. I called the Wingstop location I ordered from and the manager told me he could refund me the money or I could pick up the fries that were supposed to be in the bag in the store. I told him why would I go pick it up when I just paid a delivery fee and tipped the driver to drop it off. I will never order from here again. Was very disappointed as I have a large family and one large fry was not enough.
Came here Friday night and my experience was great I was greeted as soon as I walked in my food was ready. Overall great customer service.

They were very busy when we arrived. Only saw 2 employees working tirelessly pumping out order after order. Gio greeted us kindly and despite how busy he was, he came and wiped our table down when we asked. He had a very pleasant disposition and smile, which my family appreciated. Btw loved the wings.
Always pretty consistent with your chicken wings I can't say that about the fries but I love their tenders also
Wings were great. We just had the waite 20 minutes for 20 wings. But they were packed.
Look look here!!!!!! When the cold blue cheese hits my lips when I’m eating a garlic Parmesan wing I’m done!!!!!! I love love the crispy wings and it’s like they dust it with heaven before putting it into the to go box!!! I wanna hug whoever made my wings lemme buy you a soda!!! ?
Worst customer service ever especially they’re employee amanda. I order a delivery order online and called to check on my order. They told me they never got it but the money was taking from my account.when I called the bank they told me wingstop had canceled my order and I gotta wait 5 days for money to be back on my card and the manager had the nerve to be rude THEY WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN
