I ate there for lunch and the waitress Diane was awesome!! She was very attentive and friendly and quick.
I'm a first time customer to this establishment. And I wanted a drink, so I went the bar after seeing it when I entered. The bartender, Bee, was so polite and courteous. I highly recommend her as your bartender. She made my drinks perfectly. I even sampled the frozen Jack n Coke! That was my first time trying it frozen. Anyways, I had the Cat 5 Hurricane and a regular Frozen Margarita. They were both amazing. And I am coming back for sure! Thank you Bee!
I ordered the Cobb salad to go. Amazing service with the manager checking on me while I waited. I get home and the salad is delicious until I bite into the fried chicken and realized it was a fried pickle. There were pieces of onion rings in there, too.I’ve been going to the location in Spring since I was a kid so this won’t deter me from going again, but I’d prefer just fried chicken with my Cobb salad next time please.
FollowUp from previous post:Still did not receive the order correct….this time they got the dressing on the side correct but forgot Gorgonzola cheese crumbles. Like I said, there’s always something wrong with the to-go service. (And notice there are only 2.5 cherry tomatoes) I’d expect more from a $15 salad.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL! I have been coming to location since it opened and the service has gotten worse each visit. They can never seem to get a to-go order correct. Simple request like “salad dressing on the side”, are totally ignored. The last straw was when I placed a to-go inside at the front counter, only for me to be told to go repeat my entire order at the pickup counter for to-go orders in the back of the restaurant. Why wasn’t I just told to do so initially. The entire staff need to be retrained immediately
**Update! Had lunch at Willies today 4/18/22. Our server was amazing (Antoinette I believe). Food was NOT. Had to try the “catfish” just to see if my moms claims were true and yep this is absolutely NOT catfish. Its Swai or so called “imported catfish” which isn’t cat at all. PLEASE stop false advertising with this cheap and bland fish. Not wasting another dime on that horrible mess. They gave these little strips and then mistakenly gave me a chicken tender instead of a third piece. Eat something else because if you love gulf catfish their swai fillets will upset you. Bland, some were mushy and you only taste the batter/grease.Went on St. Patricks day and the place was really packed at 8pm. I knew they closed at 10pm and was taking a chance ordering food at that hour but I was hungry. Got the chicken tenders and the batter was falling off smh. The fries seemed like mostly tiny little bits, kind of what you get at the end of a frozen bag of fries the bits and pieces. They weren't as hot as the chicken. Chicken was ok not bad. Ordered my mom a small catfish and shrimp to go and she says they absolutely did not fry catfish and that it was likely swai or another white fish. I hate that a lot of these restaurants use that cheap nasty white fish. Don't advertise catfish if its something cheaper you are selling. I went just a few days earlier but never went in because I ordered over the phone after someone told me the food was really good. Got the salmon and veggies with seasoned rice and they really do skimp on the portions. I complained to the young lady who brought my food out that for $19 with taxes the scoop of rice under my fish and small amount of veggies was not worth the price. She brought me out another cup of steamed veggies lol. Listen, the food is decent but overpriced and clearly depending on when you go a hit or miss. I wont be ordering the “catfish” anymore but I’d go back for crawfish or a drink. Pearland really needs more known chain options for food.
Tried this place for the first time yesterday. Service was good. Food came out really fast. Was very fresh and drinks were great too. I got the catfish and shrimp combo. ? I would go back again.
My husband and I visited last Friday and the service was excellent. Three different managers along with our regular servers and the head bartender all checked on us and the wait for anything we asked for was minimal. My husband says the burger was the best he has ever had out at this type of restaurant. My chicken fried steak was so good with gravy and potatoes. We ordered the onion bites and loved those as well. This was definitely a great experience and one we will repeat.

Great experience for my first time! Our server, Justin, was very helpful and provided great service! He was very friendly. The food was wonderful! I recommend the brisket tacos! We definitely will be back!
What a great place to have just opened up in this area! Caught the segment on the news this morning and had to come check it out for ourselves. Well done, GREAT atmosphere! We sat at the bar where Michelle, Zoe & Amanda were all so very personable and awesome at making a GREAT cocktail! The Patty Melt is delicious, as are the Spicy Margarita and Old Fashioned. We love that they use Texas liquors for their signature cocktails. We can't wait to come back to try the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and the Crawfish!
