This Whataburger is always packed, so I suggest ordering 20-25 minutes out using the Whataburger app so you can avoid the inevitable line. They typically have a bunch of kids in the front area and kitchen, so be patient and kind as they're doing their best to get you that Thick and Hearty lol.Food is typically fresh and I've never had a wrong order as well. Everyone has been kind and pleasant working there as well. If you work there and you're reading this, thanks for your hard work.
Worst Whataburger in Town! Shadow creek! Very busy tonight and you could see the people working were clueless and the manager was overwhelmed but we waited on one item while the rest of my $40+ order sat and sat and sat and sat some more... So when my fajita taco FINALLY came up I kindly asked them to remake my order as now it was all cold... The manger got nasty with me but ultimately remade my order.... Quickly I might add... probably not even 10 minutes.... But guess what handed the order to the cashier and says this is for the guy crying at the front counter.... So naturally I checked my order as I knew it was wrong before I checked it... How do you ask? Because I heard the manager call the order back wrong.... She didn’t care to read the ticket before running her mouth... This woman should not be a manager anywhere treating customers like that because they asked for fresh food.... Try eating onion rings and French fries from Whataburger cold... their food does not keep long after it’s made... Choking down a cold burger from there is no fun.... MASSIVE FAIL after literally waiting almost an hour! I wish I could say this is a one time incident but sadly it’s not.... I’m a 3 to 5 times a week Whataburger guy and it’s the closest to my house but the worst run store I’ve ever been to...
Have ordered from this location a few times, considering it is the closest to us. The drive through line always seems to be long and slow, and the curbside pickup almost always goes at least ten minutes or more past the time it is supposed to be ready.Placed a curbside order today, waited way past my pickup time and the manager who brought the food out even said, "that shouldn't have taken that long..." And when I got home, there were no straws for our drinks.Food tasted good, though it looked like it was slapped on together.
Just had an great experience at this location. When I walked in the manager was out sweeping and mopping the floors. That shows that he’s a leader and not just a boss. The register attendant had stepped away from the register. Before I made it up there he called on someone to meet me. My order was taken and out in no time. It was excellent and made to perfection. The restaurant was clean and spotless along with the men’s bathroom. These folks are doing a great job! 3/9/22 12:30pm.
Still a good BurgerLove their Fries but I wanted unsweetened Tea and got sweet tea.
What a terrific burger and onion rings! I'm not normally a fan of burgers that are not flame grilled but Whataburger is the only exception, it was really good. The beer battered (tastes like it anyway) onion rings are delicious.
Stopped coming here 6 months ago because of the uncaring staff and long wait, came back tonight and it looks like nothing has changed. Drive thru rep forgot to give a straw, didn't ask for condiment and didn't even say thank you. I guess this place is a permanent no go because the management doesn't know how to hire competent staff. Not to mention the food was cold again and again.
Food is pretty standard here, but this location can get pretty busy. I typically only do curbside at this location, but more recently curbside can be really slow. This visit my food was out in about 5 minutes, which is pretty good. The location of the curbside parking can be problematic when the drive through lines get long, but it was not an issue on this visit.
If I could give it a zero star I would. It took 30min. to get our food. While we were sitting their you could here the staff just fooling around. It appeared there was no manager on duty because they were letting everything go crazy. The dinning room was filling up with people and the drive thru line was spilling out of the parking lot. A group of 3 walked in after us and got their food before they sat down because they knew the employees working. They even got free French fries from the employee working the register. Zikirah is the name on our receipt and she should be fired. She saw everyone’s orders piling up and just let them sit there until the manager walked out to the front. When I finally got my food it was cold and the fries were stale. My hamburger didn’t even look like a hamburger patty. This place needs new management and employees. I will NEVER come back to this location.
I love whataburger but you’re better off going anywhere else until management changes or gets their act together. Two #1s and two #13s took well over 45 minutes and they were not made to order. When I went in to get them fixed there are no sense of urgency and almost and effort toward apathy.
