Enough is enough! Things are not looking good for this franchise. Constant long lines, inconsistency in orders, I ordered a grilled chicken southern bacon sandwich. I got a crispy chicken sandwich instead with no sauce… LOL.But this is not the first, second, or third order I’ve tried at this location and communication and staff members are just not it. I understand how the restaurants are affected with different social events happening like wage gap, people demanding more pay, covid, etc but this is unacceptable and I’m starting to think we just get desperate sometimes to get quick food because we don’t want to cook.Yet we should still be able to have a pleasant experience, I hope we can get this location more consistent and up to par.
Glad I took pictures before I returned my item. I timed the wait almost nine minutesIts cool it Whataburger it supposed to be fresh. One thing I did not see or smell smoke. Even told my daughter. We make it to the car and I'm thankful I checked before I left in inconveniently located business See photos below. Be advised the pictures below are supposed to be of a patty melt
Like most of the Texans I know, I love me some Whataburger! This one, however, typically leaves something to be desired. Usually that lack is in expediency. They are consistently by far the slowest Whataburger I've ever been to. As a result, by the time you get your food in the drive-thru Lane it's already started to cool off almost every time. There's nothing better than a hot meal from Whataburger. And there's not much worse than a cold one. Come on, gang, you can do better than this! I have faith in you!
This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. We waited inside for 40 minutes to receive completely cold burgers. To top it off, the cheese was not melted implying that the cheese was placed on cold patty’s. I will never return to this Whataburger and will choose Whataburger last the next time I venture for food.
The grilled chicken burger is absolutely delicious. I'd recommend to try it. The staff are very friendly and willing to accommodate you with sauces and table service. It's reasonably priced and very quick service.
Had to delete my old review because I needed to lower my score. Went in early to get breakfast the other day I was the only car in drive-thru took nearly 25 minutes to get my breakfast burger and large soda and when I got it both tasted off. Later that day I'm clearly suffering the effects of food poison. I will never eat at this location again no matter how convenient it is.
My mom and I came inside to eat. They are not very busy but it took forever to get our food. We figured we’d get fresh hot food. The burgers and fries were both cold. We asked for fresh fries but they came back with the exact same fries. The cheese on both burgers were cold. Very disappointed with this Whataburger!!!
I went to the Whataburger off of 518 and Broadway.... I went inside and placed an order... Waited w NO problem... MY fries weren't hot... lukewarm at the most...MY Bun was cold... I've never had this experience w Whataburger before. I understand that they were busy through the drive-thru but I was inside.
Hello my name is petunia I’m a victim I’m completely traumatized at the experience I had at whataburger. I don’t know if it’s cause I’m young but I accidentally called whataburger and meant to call McDonald’s and the witch lady said that she gonna my momma and the cops but it’s okay cause my dad is the sherif and I’m super rich and President it’s not my fault and not 6 she had a bad day and only made 5 cents in a year. I’m a victim I’m scared and crying and sliding down the McDonald’s wall as I eat my happy meal that I had meant to order. Next time I will call McDonalds and vent to them about my horrible whataburger experience
I gave 4 stars (instead of 2 or 3) since I do realize that clearly they are short handed at this location. My #1 complaint about this visit is that it took over 30 minutes to get through the drive thru with only 5-6 cars ahead of me. That is WAY too long to be stuck in a drive thru at a so called fast food restaurant!
