So I pulled up a ask for fresh hot fries and a small coffee. The line in front of me was about 6 cars. When I got my order, I noticed the fries was cold so I got right back in line and handed the guy my cold fries, why did he give them back and say have a nice day. I pulled around the side and call the manager and she had someone else bring me hot fries. If I want cold food, I'll stay home.
So, my family rarely eats Whataburger because sit can be a little on the expensive side for a fast food restaurant which in all honesty is okay, but tonight we had a late late dinner and too think this location was super busy, that their food would be fresh. BUT LET ME TELL YOU, just because a location is busy do not ever think that because tonight here was terrible . My husband got the number 13 meal and my son got the 2 piece chicken tender meal and the chicken for both meals was straight breading and barely any meat at all…NOT only that they were cold. You can tell it was just sitting there waiting to be served. And the fries were the same way. Not fresh, cold, hard and just had that nasty taste too them, where you can tell they were old. BUT ITS SO CRAZY BECAUSE THIS LOCATION WAS SUPER BUSY, so why couldn’t the food be fresh (I even had to pull around to the side for them to bring me my food and it was still old pieces of food and/or not fresh at all). Not only that the employees I don’t think could handle the rush because my husband wanted a Sprite because he doesn’t drink coke and what do they do they give him a coke. Not only that we asked for condiments and of course no condiments so after waiting for our food that wasn’t fresh and just stale and nasty the employees didn’t listen, and I still had to go up to the door to get things that I had already asked for .I’m just super surprised when whataburger is a staple of Texas and not only that they are typically super good. I don’t know what happened, but I can promise you I probably won’t return here anytime soon, which is sad because I do like whataburger.
As an OTR truck driver on a midnight delivery I walked 1.6 miles to this franchise which I eat at many times in different places simple order after a nice police officer held the lane for me to do a walk up window order since they rudely informed me they were closed inside, 1double meat no tomato burger just mayo and ketchup and a chocolate shake. Charged me $10.10 with no receipt then gave me a single meat and vanilla shake. The lady at the window even ask me was it a strawberry! Hello how does chocolate sound anything like strawberry!!!!!
Ordered in app to minimize my wait, still waited 20 minutes. Not sure if the cashier actually did anything or told anyone I was there. Manager finally asked what my order was. She was the best part about the whole experience she's got her hands full with that crew.
Great food and service. Most the time its fresh and correct. But sometimes they put ice in my drinks or mess up my order. That's why i gave them a 4 star. But they are very quick to fix it. Its just annoying when its messed up.
Everytime I go unfortunately there is always a problem at this location. Again no matter when I place an order, the milkshake machine is always being cleaned. And I still get charged more and have got a milkshake 1 out of the last 7-8 times. It's very unforunate. This location needs to get it together. Especially over night. Customer service stinks.
They greeted, took my order with courtesy and repeated it Back to me.Got my order Ready done in a short amount of time. As I sat down I watch the whole crew working in unison. Reminded me back when I use to work as a GM. How joyful it was when it work that way.. Speed of service a whole lot better ..
The parking lot needs to be redone completely. Its at too busy of an intersection and cars cause traffic just to get in line. Nothing is fresh. Everything comes out cold.
One star today that's overated, I'm not a burger person. We have four fish sandwiches per week, it's our only go to for fish sandwiches it's taste is really good. On 01/05/22 we were informed our FISH SANDWICH HAS BEEN TAKEN OFF THE MENU at all stores., I'm not happy about that decision and will not return.. Apparently they weren't selling like their burgers, chicken. Boooooooooooooo
01/01/22 7pm busyer than usual. not impressed as busy as it looked the food was cold. the order was inaccurate sad to say you realize once you reach home so you're stuck eating microwave heat...missed my gravy too....guys we can do better
