Waitress and guy cooking were complaining about having customers before they left for the day at 7 am shift change. Coffee was old, food half @$$ed cooked and I'm fairly sure the guy didn't wash hands coming back from his smoke break. I see why they have the now hiring sign on the front door, hopefully to replace the people they already got.
Small place, but service is super fast!I wouldn't really recommend coming on Saturday morning since it seems they get most of their customers at that time.Other than that, its the cleanest Waffle House I've seen in pearland!

I personally enjoy the food. The staff is friendly. But the never have cherry flavor for the coke.

I wish I could give zero stars for the behavior we received this morning. I work at a local business close to Waffle House and at least once a week we send one of our employees to get food for a few of the staff. We’ve had minor issues in the past with missing items or wrong orders - but that sometimes happens anywhere - not a big deal. This morning however, while placing an order for four employees, the cook started yelling at the rest of the staff to stop taking to-go orders and that they shouldn’t have even taken ours because it was ridiculous. ? If they were short staffed and the cook had an issue with the work load coming in, that is an issue better taken up in private with Management and the employees that left her hanging - not screamed through the restaurant where the customers are privy to it and made to feel mortified. For this reason, Kelly’s and IHOP will now be receiving our weekly business regardless of the extra distance as they have always been above and beyond welcoming and helpful with our business. We will not return to Waffle House.
