I’ve been coming here for quite some time and it never disappoints. The eggrolls are homemade and DELICIOUS! The manager, Duy is also very nice to customers making sure drinks are well made…:.and he is cute! 5/5!
Staff was energetic and helpful. Service was fast and they were very patient when my sister asked to have a different drink. The drinks were just as good as the service!
This tea house is okay. I have been to better ones. The only thing that I get upset is that they seem to run out of regular tapioca. So that’s kinda annoying. But their teas are okay the taro tea could be better but I guess it’s just different at other tea houses.

Drinks were delish, but I had to wait FOREVER. There was only one person working on a large order that came in just before me, so it took a while. About the time she got all the drinks finished from both orders, a dude showed up and handed them out.For $8 I expect quicker service.
Most of the time the service and tea is good. Today service was awful. Our drinks were made and then just left on the counter for 30 minutes while they made drinks for the order behind ours. Once they finished with the other order that was behind ours they moved our drinks to the front counter and went back to do other things and then finally came back and gave us our drinks. They served our drinks without tapioca. The whole experience was extremely disappointing.

I went there for the first time on the weekend as a friend suggested this spot. As soon as we entered with my s/o we were not welcomed even once! the two staff members were just talking and so invested in their conversation. As we approached they took a minute before even coming close to the register. Still wasnt greeted and the young man never acknowledged us his head was just down on the register waiting to hear what we had to order and we are FIRST TIME customers not even knowing what to really try. We were both ready to walk out the door but we stuck around simply because we wanted to support. We felt totally unwelcomed especially as first time customers. The manager needs to revist the basis of good customer service with these kids I'm never returning!And my drink was terrible and excessively sweet hardly any mixed fruit these workers both the young man and woman are terrible with customer service! Good Work ethic is going down the drain! As i can see im not the only one who feels this way based on the reviwes sounds like the same two lazy employeesI also saw why they got a B for health inspection!

Honeydew tea was good. Boba and jelly consistency was just right. I got 1/4 sugar and it was borderline too sweet. Service was quick.
