Boba tea shop with no boba. I love the real Teahouse but this one done goofed. After paying for our boba drinks they told us they were out of boba ?
They collectively wait for other people to order before they made my orders today.Three groups who ordered were done at the same time ( including mine). I am way ahead in ordering than the two group of people. It took me 45 minutes to wait for my order , poor service today
Fantastic place for your boba tea. I usually get the passion fruit tea with the popcorn chicken (careful with the spicy version it does have a kick to it.). Great place.
We went at 8.30. Tapioca Teahouse was our of Tapioca which is main ingredient , they said they will have baby tapioca . Then since my daughter didn't like her drink asked for another flavor and then they even ran out of baby tapioca. It happens , but the attitude of the guy at register was really bad. I usually don't post such reviews, but you have to be really bad for me to post it.
I have been coming to this teahouse for awhile, never really having a bad experience until today. The teahouse usually closes at around 10 pm, so at 9:30 we tried calling to see if we can place an order and pay when we get there, since we felt bad arriving close to closing. The phone kept ringing and ringing, until it just went to voicemail. When we got to the teahouse, we order our drink (unfortunately they didn't have tapioca, but we weren't really mad about). While making the drinks, the phone kept ringing, in which one of the employees, who was a guy, proceeds to say "I low-key don't feel like answering the phone right now". I was shocked about this, but since I just wanted my drinks, I decided to keep silent. I felt mad because I called a few minutes before, which now I know the reason why. I'm not one to complain, but this experience really rubbed me the wrong way. I don't know what made me more mad, the fact that he said that or feeling comfortable enough to say that in front of me.
I love this place. Boba is so good. I like mine not so sweet, so their system where you can make it with less sugar is great. I almost always get popcorn chicken as well.
I experienced racial profiling! I waited for over 30mins as I watched 2 servers service multiple guest that came after me. There was another black woman their with her daughter who received the same treatment as I. I didnt have a large order neither did she. Actually the guest that were serviced had larger orders. When I asked about the wait she said that I had a large order, I only ordered 3 drinks. I watched her serve her coworkers wife who also arrived after me. She also enjoyed a beverage as I wait!

Thai tea was bland and popcorn chicken spicy was spicy spicy not spicy
great taste and awesome customer service, would definitely recommend!
