Stale breakfast. Cold breakfast burrito and rubbery hash browns. ?? Asked for Pink Lemonade w/ light ice and was not informed that there wasn't any until we reached the window. Was not given an option(s) for the out of stock item or choices of other beverages yet, was given a watered down Kool aid type of juice w/ no ice that tasted like it sat out uncovered. Window lady had cute hair and make up yet, no patience or desire to service better items.
went to pick up a door dash order, and ofc the order is not ready. I asked a simple question of how much longer and Juan " the manager" says "we're not robots, it'll be ready when it's ready"woww! I was shocked, unprofessional at its finest.

Rude and unprofessional. Need training. They get my order wrong every time I come here and have the audacity to get upset after I tell them. They are young and inexperienced. They need to have a seasoned manager supervising them at night because this one doesn’t get the job done
Worst service ever. Waited 15 minutes out front of store for my food so far . And it still isnt here! Never ever will i return to this taco bell.
I'm mad at them because they keep taking good stuff off the menu, but overall they make good food, always have staff that's a vibe and half.
I order store pick up on arrival the store closed for customers and I had to stop in the drive through anyway.
Nacho Bellgrande is always my go to meal. Food was hot. but chips tasted weird. ( maybe older oil) besides that it was great.
Made an order online. My order is ready and paid for. The drive through line is not moving.I walked inside and an employee yelled at me said they were closed inside and told me to go in the drive through.They could have literally handed it to me and be done.
Food taste good and I am hooked on this place. I want to say that Alisa and the other manager that worked this morning are honest great people. My daughter had left her small Coach backpack on Monday and these ladies returned the small backpack on Wednesday. On Monday Angel was the manager on duty and he must of kept in the office. I want to thank the workers from Taco Bell on Shadowcreek. I totally recommend this place. It is always a clean place and Alissa the manager on duty is very efficient. The two times I have been there she is fast and very helpful. I will definitely stop by when I go for my walks.
