Twice O have been to this Subway on Sunday when it is supposed to be open and the doors are closed. No payment explanation/sign on the door just closed. This place needs new management and employees who actually want to work.
At this point, I may just need to open my own Subway. I keep going further and further from my home to find a decent Subway but I guess it's not going to happen. I passed up two Subway to come here last night. I really do enjoy their sandwiches from time to time. I walked in and an employee was helping a customer. He wasn't saying much to them. When he finished he didn't acknowledge me but instead sent someone else out to help me. This young lady didn't even say hi, didn't smile, just asked what I wanted. She must've missed sandwich artist school because she did a horrible job putting it together. My 2 year old niece could've done a better job. I didn't want to argue or waste food so I took the pathetic sandwich home. Their management definitely needs to check up on these kids. They had friends hanging out in the dining area. No one wearing a mask including the employees. Pearland restaurants just can't get it together!
It is now 8:50 and I was here to pick up a DoorDash order, first I arrived and the light were off I saw someone inside so I tried going inside but the door was already locked. When the employee open the door they said someone else had already picked up the order which isn’t true because only one person gets a ID number to be able to pick up order. A few minutes later two more employees approach the store and start cleaning up which makes me just think they never started on the DoorDash order and they were just trying to close the store early already
This place is awful, both had no hair net, the lady had 2 inch long fake nails with plastic gloves on that were about to pop.The food was sitting out between making sandwiches while flies snacked on my dinner before I did. . .Gross, don’t go here they don’t care about your order, they aren’t paying attention and chances are it’s cold and has flies in it.
Too bad I can't add a Zero rating. The male ee actually took a $25 gift card from me and couldn't find it when I asked for it back. Then he charged me over $15 for a 6" ham sub. We called the police just to get our sandwich. I ended up with a foot long with only 4 pieces of thinly sliced ham, 3 pcs of cheese (wasn't offered toasting), 3 cucumber slices, 2 tomato slices, but so much sweet onion sauce (I asked for light) that the sandwich was immediately soggy. asked to speak with manager but was told she couldn't speak English. I then messaged the Subway customer service (4 times), called the district manager (6 times), but NEVER received a call from anyone. PLEASE do not visit this place!!! They rip off elderly customers and then embarrass them by calling them stupid! I am currently trying to turn them into BBB but can't get the manager's name. Can anyone get this for me? As soon as I figure out how to include the photos, I will.
The young hispanic girl with red hair was very unprofessional and ignorant. Messed up on my order and when asked she said replied with I don't know and zero shame on her face. To top it all off no communication skills or no mask and hair net.I don't why would a buisness hire such ignorant employees. Not at all recommended. Very disappointed
Walked in at 8:45 and the 2 people working tonight said they are closed and couldn’t help me.I wouldn’t have gave them any stars if google allowed it.This place needs to change their closing hours to 8:45 not 9.
Today Sunday 9/26/2021, I visited this Subway in Pearland 2802 Business Center suite.The young Hispanic guy and the Hispanic girl were very rude and so unprofessional. The vegetables spinach and tomatoes were withered and no purple onions. No cookies baked at all. I will not visit this location ever again. The Hispanic guy told me to leave if I didn't like the withered vegetables. I left.I told them I will be giving this Subway a Bad Review. The Hispanic guy said" I DON'T CARE".The corporate office, management franchise will be notified of low quality level of service occurring at this store.Subway reputation and standard is below par because they hired uncaring, untrained and unprofessional workers. SUBWAY SERVICE HAS GONE BAD !!

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST subway i have been to thus far. I thought the customers are suppose to tell the employees how we would like our sandwich made but for some reason this location made it how THEY wanted to and charged me extra. Terrible service, bad attitudes, and a complete waste of time and money. They seem to strongly dislike their job and it shows!
