4/1/2022 I went to have lunch at the Subway on Dixie Farm Road, Pearland, TX. The young man behind the counter was working all by himself. He was handling a line of customers to the door, as well as online orders, HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB!!! He was patient, respectful, and very kind to an elderly customer who has some special directions for preparing his sandwich. This young man needs to be commended and rewarded. You have a very good employee!Debra W.

10/27 Update: They answered the phone!!! Unfortunately, the worker told me that they cannot take phone orders and that I had to use the app. I explained that the app does not have the discount that I pay in-store for a dozen cookies. I told them that I wanted a dozen of cookies and all other workers put them in over and I pick them up in 20-30 minutes and pay. The worker said that no one in the store can use the oven because all workers there are under 18 years old. This location is going downhill fast!!! Food prices are going up, but they cannot afford to have adult workers??? #GetItTogetherNever answer the phone!!!

Poorly managed. Stopped at this location for lunch today and was really disappointed. First I want to say the young lady who was left by herself in the middle of a lunch rush, handled herself well. She provided good customer service. The manager however, left her by herself in the middle of a lunch rush to do a bank run. Another customer found the store key in the front door left by the opening manager and handed it to the young girl while we were all waiting in line to order. Finally - the food was horrible. I ordered a meatball sub and the meatballs were so over cooked they were hard. Will not be returning.

Average food. Poor service. No avocado. I ordered a Cali turkey sandwich and they charged me for it before discovering that they had no avocado in the building. I will not be back. To any Subway.
One of the most friendly subway I have been to. Place was pretty clean.
The restaurant was clean, the employees were very nice, but the cookies I bought were hard as a freaking rock. I was contemplating on bringing it back but I didn’t want to seem like “THAT CUSTOMER” these cookies were super old cause they were so hard. I couldn’t even bite into them.
