ive worked in the food industry since i was 15 so i know how the restaurant industry can be, and if i could give zero stars i would. the three guys in the front who were working on 2/9/22 were absolutely terrible. they were all hitting their dab pens in the back and were INSANELY high. the boys also were talking badly about customers in Spanish, not knowing we knew all too well what they were saying. one of the boys even stated “home boys tweaking” from how high he was, and overall provided EXTREMELY unprofessional experiences for my boyfriend and i. i will never be returning to this subway, and can hopefully get in contact with corporate to let them know what their employees do on the job.
Can't use app to get any discounts here bc the online services are off. They won't discount in person bc of problem either!
If I could give a zero, believe me I would.For the absolute stellar service I experienced the first time coming here, tonight I was left completely disappointed and quite frankly very upset. I placed an order on the mobile app for a Steak and Cheese and Club Sandwich, along with a medium Coke and two chocolate chip cookies.My father and I went to go pick up the order, and actually he entered the establishment while I waited with our dog in the car. Almost from the moment he entered, my father said the employees made fun of him for wearing his mask (my father is 70 years old,) they didn't want to give him the medium coke, even though it had already been paid for and was clearly written on the receipt. After coming back to the car, we realized they hadn't given us our cookies either so my father went back in one final time. Once again they didn't want to give our items to us and not knowing that my father is a Latino man and speaks fluent Spanish, one of the older employees started telling the younger one in Spanish "no le des nada, no le des nada," which translates to "don't give him anything, don't give him anything." Finally the younger employee gave my father the cookies and we left.It is absolutely atrocious the way they treated my father, completely disrespectful, not to mention they wanted to cheat us out of our food that we had already paid for. Do you think this behavior is acceptable? We'll be taking our business elsewhere. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION, the way they treat their customers is absolutely shameful.
Bought a six inch baja sub and got only ONE piece of bacon on it. The hispanic women working there did not tell me it would be extra till I was over charged at the very end of the transaction. This is a $6.50 dollar sandwich and they give you only one strip of bacon???!! Really??!!I highly DON'T recommend this place!!!!!

I wanted a Cold Cut but the meat was discolored and they still put it on the bread. I immediately told them to switch to turkey because of the discoloration. They put the meat back into the bin! The American cheese was melting in the bin it was in, which tells me they are probably stored in improper temperatures. I attached a pic, it doesn't do it justice...Never going back to this location next to Shipley's!
Food was excellent. Dining room tables need to be cleaned after each use.
To start, one of the male employees was rude to my wife. He didn't listen to what she was trying to say about how she wanted her sub. The lobby was dirty, tables weren't clean or sanitized. A female employee stated it was the night shift duty. All employees were having a gathering in the back instead of keeping the store clean. I do NOT think I will be visiting this Subway ever again.
I love this subway because of the drive through window.
