I visited this Subway at 11037 Broadway Pearland Tx suite 113 today Sunday May 29, 2022. Very Low on bread selection, accept cash only, no cookies. Very unpleasant experience. Workers said they are not baking anymore bread or cookies. Time is 2:22 pm. This is the 2nd Subway in Pearland that has poor service. Subpar service. They hire anybody to work and workers do not care about good service. Poor poor service.
Went in around 3:40 Wednesday 4/27 only one person working. You can tell he was very very overwhelmed making sandwiches. Asked for extra american cheese, he ignored me, he went to toast the sandwich and I asked again if I could get extra cheese. Guy just turns around grabs one piece of cheese and throws it on the sandwich. I thought about walking out but gave him a chance. Only to get charged almost $16 dollars for the sandwich and drink. I mentioned how high the price was, he said the receipt is in the bag and walked away. Receipt was not in the bag. Plenty of other jobs out there if you dont want to make sandwiches.
Make sure you come to this location if you wanna see young adults with zero work ethic take 10 minutes to make ONE sandwich. You’ll wait your whole lunch break and not even get to order. Employees would rather joke around and talk while making your sandwich as slow as humanly possible.
Roman, Kailynne, Edgar, and Brissia have been great!! They provided great service each time I came to this location!! Also, the employees keep this Subway location clean too. I highly recommend this location for your Subway needs!!
Employees are very rude. The food is gross, veggies are frozen and look old. They were out of several things and refused let me substitute. Will never be back.
The facility was clean, but they had run out of a few ingredients when I visited. Additionally, the drink machine was not working, though I could still get tea. My sandwich was good.Can you all add Cheddar and Sour Cream chips as an option?

Workers there have a bad attitude and they're messy while making my sandwich. That's reason enough for me to find other places to eat when I am in this part of town. ??
I have come here multiple times after the gym when it is 20 -25 minutes before closing time they are already closed , if they are going to be closing earlier they should update the time it says on the door they are closing
